hey keri, im 18 weeks pregnant on my 3rd child, i have an 11 yr old son and an 8 yr old daughter and i had them so young (16 and 19 im 27 now) im seriously considering a home birth after watching your vids, how does it compare to the hospital its been so long since i had my 2 i can barely remember any of it!! any feed back greatly appreciated!

The home birth is by far the route to go!!!! IF we ever had any more kids, hands down it's the only route I'll ever take again and I can only hope my kids will too one day.

yeah I thought so. Like you I have done 1 hospital and one home...no idea why i ever thought hospital was a good idea, i am one of 5 homebirth kids lol

no1 in our fam is home birthed. I had wanted one w/ her, but Joel & them thought I was crazy, and I kind of thought I was, lol. But this time around I said no way am I not doing it, I don't give a crud less what any1 thinks, my birth... MY WAY!

i didn't even convince hy hubby til 32 weeks, then 5 weeks later our midwife got deregistered but in those 5 weeks my husband wa converted and til our mid that he didn't care if she was insured or not, she still knew how to deliver a baby and we were willing take the risk. and he will never go back to hospital for a baby either now, the experiences don't even compare.

At least you had him safely and everything went good for the most part! Would it have worked better if u would have been able to get back in right when he was coming out? I don't know how that works? But either way at least you still got to have him at home, and didnt have to go in anywhere!
