  • I think Michael makes many good points about the problem of U.S. healthcare. But in so far as Cuba. As a famous someone once said " WE DO NOT INHERIT THE EARTH FROM OUT ANCESTORS WE BORROW IT FROM OUT CHILDREN. Where does the Castro regime get the financial resources to provide so called free healthcare?

  • @catania642 Oh, thank you, but I don't think I'm a good person just because of this, and those tears honestly came from my heart.

Yes, their literacy rate is pretty high, which is amazing for a Third World country (by that I don't declare Cuba, or any other country from others, I think we all are equal and should be treated that way).

  • I am sure the health care in cuba might be better than other countries but this video is a joke. The cubans don't get this kind of help with medicine that people are getting in this video. People in cuba make 120 pesos a month that means that 5cents on an inhaler is alot of money and that is when they have a prescription like that for a Cuban. I am cuban and their is nothing like the United States.

  • its pretty damn sad to see americans to have to go to cuba, to get excellent health care, while their own country demands thousands of dollars upfront just to treat them....

  • I don´t know much about Cuban healthcare, but as an scandinavian I find the american system so inhuman, and so shameful. We do complain here to, but we need to see how awful it can be done an try to develope what we have. This is so unfair!:(

  • @drstrangebomb1993 Thank you for standing up for the REAL Cuba.

  • free market is okay but when it becomes a monopoly which takes over basic human needs, as it is the case in the US, then that's when the government needs to step in and regulate. they do shit.

  • @cayetanoluis wwwDOTtherealcubaDOTcom. Scroll down until you hit a picture gallery showing the kind of hospital that Moore wasn't taken to, the kind that is provided for those Cubans that can't pay the Castro brothers hard dollars for treatment.

  • I love Cuba!!!!!!!!

  • Does anyone know the name of the song or the movie where it's taking from starting at 6:15?

    This documentary was deeply moving.

  • Soviet Socialism is failed but Latino one won't...

  • Cubans rock!

  • i have a brother that visited cuba,he needed health care and pills, when he went to his doctor back in the UK,he told him the pills he was given were worth 400 pounds,MY BROTHER WAS GIVEN THEM IN CUBA FOR NOTHING.ERNESTOS LEGACY STILL LIVES ON

  • @eatmypies Yes, you know WHY he was given it for nothing? Because when he came back he would tell others about how wonderful Cuban healthcare is. Why do you think so many people fled from Cuba when they were given the opportunity in 1980 at Mariel? wwwDOTtherealcubaDOTcom for TRUE Cuban healthcare, not the type they provide gullible foreigners with.

  • the US health care system is totally disgusting.

  • Didn't Michael have a crap ton of people get on the boat with him? where are they? it's only the 3 9/11 responders now.

  • i don't like how fidel took away the people's freedom of speech, but free healthcare and education for a 3rd world country is brilliant

  • I grew up with socialized military healthcare, and it was great. Once I lost my healthcare, I purchased private healthcare, and it's absolute garbage. I can't believe how I can walk into a hospital, have them push my stomach 2 times and expect me to pay them for a physical? They sometimes encourage me to receive expensive prescriptions, as I watch minutes earlier, some representative of the pharmaceutical industry walk in and make me wait 30 minutes more to see my doctor.

  • VIVA CUBA!! VIVA FIDEL!!!

  • god, the US sucks when it comes to healthcare! I watched an interview with 2 of the 9/11 rescuers and they stayed for 2 weeks after Michael Moore had left along with their cameras and they both said that they were taken care of so well the entire time.

  • an argentine doctor, went to cuba and saw suffering, he should have took a detour to north america, maybe things would be different.Instead he headed south, and was MURDERED BY THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY'S aided and abet by the CIA.fuckin shame on americans to even allow a blockade.

  • on my way to CUBA where all is happy :3 the cuban doctors came to Panama to offer free eyes operation. now i dont have to use glasses

  • on my way to CUBA where all is happy :3

  • Viva Cuba Libre!

  • how could u think America is a bad country, millions of people go to the hospital here and they are given care, no matter if they have insurance or not, cuba is hell because of Fidel Castro, please someone push this idiot in to the see infested shark waters, this idiot has no idea what he is talking about.

  • @vinylbase is cuba is a hell why they permit this usa people to come in??? stop the bullshit

  • @sweetlips252 you hve never been to cuba judging by your statement. How did you fly in to cuba from america? if you take more than 5 seconds to answer, you are a lier,

  • @vinylbase America is a continent, please, if you call "America"to the U.S., do it in your country, because outside of it, we can sue you for stealing a name that is not theirs, if the law SOPA passes jaaj

  • @Sexisttroll Doctors have to drive taxis to pay their bills? Really? Obviously you've never tried getting a taxi in Cuba, LOL.

Yeah I know heaven forbid prostitutes and taxi drivers should have access to education, what a horrible would that would be. The point I'm making is that just because the country is still clutching on to communism does not necessarily mean that everything they're doing is bad, i mean wouldn't you like to be able to say everyone in your country has a masters degree?

  • Thanks God those people received one of the most advanced medical services in the world. Yeap, in Cuba, first class medical services. Comparable to services in the united states. They got the best docs. A shame is a service only provided to elite goverment figures, or foreign people paying in dollars or filming a propaganda film.

  • wow! take into consideration that the average wage in cuba is 9 dollars a month now imagine what their "SS" must be even lower... now .50 cents on that? i thinks its like $70-90 wow! so cheap right? besides they took those people to probably the best hospital there is in cuba... there are many videos filmed by cubans themselves which clearly depict the healthcare in cuba... ohh michael moore... always lying and indoctrinating into stupidity...

  • hahaha and the best part is that cuba's government actually banned this film in cuba cause they didn't want to show the cuban people what services weren't available for them...

  • @Sexisttroll Yeah no they didn't in fact Moore's film was shown on national television in Cuba, that story was a complete fabrication.

One thing most Americans don't know is that Cuba not only has a very respectable health care system but in addition Cuba also enjoys one of the highest literacy rate on earth.

Everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE you meet in Cuba has a masters degree, they are incredibly well educated.

  • @Kingucktoad yeah its true! thats why cuba has the most educated prostitutes in the whole planet... and also the taxi drivers... have you ever been to cuba? doctors have to drive taxis to earn higher wages... their system is so broke that raul castro has to increase the private sector and fired more than 500000 government workers... and believe people in cuba don't have that health care system you talk about... people often told to take their own towel and bucket to the hospital...

  • @Sexisttroll Yes as a matter of fact I have been to Cuba. I went there while I was getting my degree In political science. As for having to take a towel and bucket to the hospital maybe if you're going to a clinic out in a rural area, it is after all still a devolving country. What you have to keep though with the resources that they have available you would be astonished how much they are able to accomplish. Keep in mind Cuban health care is only rated 2 slots lower then the US by the WHO.

  • @Kingucktoad yeah but the who didn't collect any new data... it was given to them by the cuban government... check john stossel vs michael moore... he debunks those myths... the doctors abort fetus if its gonna have down syndrome or any other problem... there are doctors who admit doing even more than 70 abortions a day... google therealcuba. com... they also show how much of a lie cuban healthcare is...

  • @Sexisttroll

70 abortions a day wow, Well that's funny consider 70% of the population of Cuba is catholic and are opposed to the practice, many doctors won't even perform them.

I have no doubt government officials get better care, it is authoritarian after all. But no independent studies being done? I KNOW that's complete nonsense their were students in my own field school that conducted studies on Cuban health care. In fact even Americans are allowed to go to Cuba for works of journalism.

  • @Kingucktoad many doctors won't even perform them? any evidence? I've got a video of a cuban doctor admitting that he committed 70 abortions a day... I know about life in cuba... cause I've been there... plus I live with balseros, who have actually experienced what is like to be under the regime...

  • @Sexisttroll As have I, I studied there while getting my Degree in Political Science. The country has it's share of problems as does every country, my point is their health care system is one of the best in the global south

You have to remember it is still a developing country, it deals with a lot of corruption, it's only quasi-democratic, and has a lot of economic problems but as far as health care is concerned according to every objective measure it is statistically only slightly below the US

  • @Sexisttroll

I looked up the website you cited and the images are disturbing there's no doubt, here's the problem though, despite what they say on the website some of the images are over 40 years old. A little out of date don't you think. Look up healthcare in Cuba On Wikipedia the data there is much more inline with what's really going on in the communist country.

  • @Kingucktoad some images right? yet I looked up on wikipedia and found some interesting information about hilda molina... you should look that up... she resigned after she was told to treat only foreigners paying with US dollars... so yeah there are 2 types of health care in cuba... elite and non-elite...

  • @Sexisttroll I agree that government officials probably do receive better health care the most Cubans, it is an authoritarian regime. Cuba's high abortion rate when put it into perspective is not nearly as bad as it sounds.

Cuba may preform 34.1 abortions for every 100 pregnancies but in the US 22.6 abortions are performed per 100 pregnancies so Cuba is only about 10% higher then the United States.

So if the US system is only doing 10% better then a Cuba's there's something seriously wrong

  • @Kingucktoad actually abortion ratio is 611.1 in cuba while in the US is 285.4 and the abortion % in cuba is 37.9 while in the us is 22.2 is doing so its 15% better yet the cuban government doesn't count babies who died hours after birth nor... abortions for babies with problems such as down syndrome so its not just 15.7%...

  • abortions in are beween 32.0 and 34.1% (32 was provided by Wikipedia and 34.1 on johnstonsarchive net)

But even if we do use your numbers that's still only a 16% difference in abortion rate between the worlds wealthiest and one of the worlds poorest nations.

And as for babies dying after birth not being counted, that's simply false. Do you really think that the UN, the WHO, and countless other independent organizations would be that stupid when they are allowed to do there own studies instead?

  • You think that down syndrome babies are not counted? If a baby has down syndrome and is aborted then of course it's counted, that's why the abortion rate is so high in the first place.

Think about it an abortion is a complex procedure that the government pays for so they'll want to know how many of them are being done and why.

If the hospitals were as bad as you say, more mothers would be dying from the thousands of abortions being performed but they're not as the Cuban life expectancy shows.

  • there's a video of a woman saying how doctors had to use her towel to stop the bleeding... oh and the bucket is for the shower... yep very respectable indeed....

  • @Sexisttroll And there are people in the US that have died from not receiving any care at all. The problem with the examples your using is that they are not typical and are in fact the exception not the rule (most likely from rural areas and/or government corruption involved). The reality is when compared to other developing countries Cuban Health care does quite well.

I don't believe for a moment you have even been to Cuba nor do you have any idea how NGO's and IGO's gather and analyze data.

  • ...WELL maybe it might be a lie,I don't know 'cause I 've never been to a cuban hospital but what I know as a european citizen is that the american healthcare system is a shame...it's just a matter of money and the government doesn't give a fuck about its citizens...how can you call yourself the biggest democracy of the world and have a healthcare that's totally ruled by money??? it's all about lobbies...all those rich lobbies trying to make money on people's health..this really sucks..no way.

  • @fluttergirl77 As a matter of fact, many Canadians (oh Canada sure has a wonderful healthcare) die waiting for treatment because the queues are so long. Watch 20/20 with John Stossel to see an example of a woman from Canada who had to undergo surgery in the US because the Canadians were too slow in providing her a life-saving operation.

  • @fluttergirl77 wwwDOTtherealcubaDOTcom for the truth behind Cuba's masterful healthcare. Yes, it's all about the money because people want to make profit. It is no sin. In fact, did you know that many more people die in wonderful lovely Canada and Sweden since the queues there are so long that they die before they receive adequate care?

And yes, I live in Sweden, so I know what I'm talking about. You guys don't know how fortunate you are.

  • HASTA LA VICTORIA SIEMPRE...

  • This just makes me mad, it's all a load of bullshit. They visited the best hospital in Havana, Los Hermanos Ameijeiras. This is not your typical hospital! The woman crying about how cheap her medicine there is forgetting how high the average US salary is compared to the average Cuban's. It's all just politics, there's no way these patients are being treated like Cubans, trust me I have spent enough time in Cuban hospitals and this is not the reality!

  • I recon that if cuba didn't have restrictions from the US, it would be extremely sucessful.

  • @sammyboyman12333 You're not allowed to say that. Communism would have been extremely succesfull, and would propably have merged into a democratic form, if it wasnt for the USA. Yes, there was dictatorship, and yes, Stalin was a murderer, and russia wasnt a great example, but it can work. Fidel Castro is one of the best and humane dictators a communist country has seen.

  • Communism is so bad as drugs...BAAAADDDDDD

  • iam cuban, ican tell that is a lie , a fucking lie ,come and tell to me,i suffer from that regime and my greatmother was diabetic , every time the i have to go to the hospital was for me the hell ,nothing was rigth there , a living hell , what this film show is a big fat lie , please tell the truth, michael moore is fucking liar

excuse my english , but ihave to tell my history about this

  • @cubiche2367

Pretty sure everyone realized that when Castro gets a chance to jump on the propaganda bandwaggon of treating 911 heroes the US would just let die, he's go out of his way to do so. The important point isn't whether Cuba's health care system is perfect like a fairy tale, it's that Cuba has a health care system, while the US had nothing.

  • Comment removed

  • @ola300 i live here for 20 years, but iborn and proud rise in cuba , stupid moron, commi

  • @cubiche2367 so you have not been in cuba in 20 years...... right?

  • @cubiche2367

Yeah,we all believe that you are from Cuba, and are telling that from there.Nooot.

  • Viva Cuba siempre

  • Good details in the DESCR!

We have so-called "Free Trade" when certain people can leverage the BILLIONS behind the so-called " Federal Reserve" there is NO competition, except that which they allow!

  • usa real terrorist cancer of humanity.

  • @emiglio100 ohh really ?do u mean every american must die ?you are a sick bastard u asshole.

  • Check out this video.Jeremy Clarkson cuba. You will see a few videos. In one video they show the bus system with 300 people.300 people on one bus.The same amount of people can fit inside a 747.

  • There was a time not long ago when a broken leg on a ski trip wouldn't make you lose your house.

  • A WikiLeaks cable reveals that when Michael Moore's film was shown to Cuban doctors, they were 'disturbed at the blatant misrepresentation of healthcare in Cuba'

  • I love watching these videos now that Cuba as banned this movie! Michael Moore is a dumbfuck.

  • @sandfriends123 Wrong asshole he is quite smart and is an American hero and you are an ignorant fucking loser . PERIOD !

  • @mesaeddie Im sorry, An American Hero? What has he done that is so heroic? Last time I checked, making movies talking about how everything America does is wrong, is not heroic. Maybe thats just me.

And How am I wrong? Cuba did ban this movie.

  • @sandfriends123 No.Cuba didn't ban this movie. You are sitting in front of a computer with access to the internet. Go see for yourself.

  • morons from europe need to see the real cuba

  • Looks like someone needs to go to the real Cuba :/

  • @Visor2040 this is real cuba, you stupid little redneck.

  • In a short matter of time, some African and Latin American countries will catch on the US on overall standard of living.

The US is going backward, its society is getting really awkard and its kinda going towards a theocracy.

    Its also getting really fat...

  • I've always liked Michael Moore's view on equality and social justice.

However, hospitals, medicine in the pharmacy, medical facilities in EVERY BLOCK/NEIGHBPRHOOD are all LIES. Michael is an intelligent person, but simply chose to film what the Cuban government wanted him to show all of us in the US.

How can you pretend to stand for social justice when you readily help Castro spread his propaganda to sell your movies and boost your ego.

    Shame on you Michael Moore!

  • The part of this that always cracks me up is the part where the Homeland security law at 0:40 "prohibits the film makers from revealing how they got to their destination".

Hello its Cuba, how do you get there? take a boat from any point in Florida and keep going south, you cant miss it.

Anyone with a map could figure that out, anyone with a map, compass and a rudimentary understanding of navigation could find the way to gitmo.

Ah the US was so silly in the G.W era post 9/11.

  • Well Done Micheal Moore I was so happy that you showed this side of Cuba. They are not evil people like the british and American presstry and force onto us.

  • It's strange that a person that promotes freedom goes to

A Country that will jail you if you if you refuse to work.

A Country that treats gays with electro shock therapy.

A Country in which only the politically connected get healthcare.

A Country that has an average wage of 12$ a month.

A Country that doesn't have free speech.

A Country that doesn’t have Democracy.

  • @simontimon2 ok let me think

if 120 dollars is 5 cuban cents

    then 1 cuban currency is 20 times 120 = 2400usd

so 12 cuban currency is 2400x12= 28.800 usd

    ahahahahahaha

so a treatment that would cost 50.000 dolars would only cost 20 cubans and they would earn it in two months...

do you earn 28.800 usd dollars a month ?

  • You just made that up

  • @simontimon2 lol yeah sure go buy a cadillac and die of cancer nigger

  • the average Cuban makes 12 USD per month.

  • @simontimon2 but 120 usd cost 0.05 usd to them

    LMAO

  • @simontimon2 wait a moment, do you know algebra do you ?

  • If it's so prosperous how come there are food shortage, how come nowones over weight?

  • @simontimon2 I do not say they are prosperous... but that is the point nevertheless.

Even if you live in the USA, all those materialistic goods does not justify the lack of healthcare... how much money do you need to earn to have proper assitance and yet buying all the things cubans cannot have because of the economic blockade ?

overweight is about eating too much it has nothing to do with having good assistance... it is more of a personal attitude

    2 different philosophies

  • @simontimon2 no there is no food shortage that's just your american propaganda bullshit, and yea sure iff every1 in the world would be just as overweight as americans are the world would be a much better place -.-,(btw in cuba there are people who are overweight but just less because they live better)

  • @simontimon2 but they don't spend too much

  • @simontimon2 A. that are lies

    B. you are talking about the USA there, except for the 12$ per month, and iff you don't work you don't go necceserily to jail, but iff you go stealing( what is obvious when you don't have work) you do.

Cuba is MUCH better than america

  • @dallenor Then go move there!!! if you find state slavery so appealing.

  • It's strange that a person that promotes freedom goes to

A Country that will jail you if you if you refuse to work.

A Country that treats gays with electro shock therapy.

A Country in which only the politicaly contected get healthcare.

A Country that has an average wage of 12$ a month.

A Country that doesn't have free speech.

  • And no one notices how many new diseases and artificial viruses were produced in the labs and then spread out in the open so new medicines could be sold to people.

Fascinating how no one wrote about AIDS, bird flu, swine flu, mad cows etc etc. in some of the history books centuries ago. Jesus people open your eyes.

  • What about smallpox, that horrible disease killed millions a hundred years ago yet it was driven to extintion buy vaccines made by corperation.

  • If Michael Moore used Cuba as propaganda against American health care system is bad but it's more sad how Americans are blind to see the truth about their system, hiding facts same as Michale Moore in this movie and missing the point why this movie was made.

I lived in communist country and had free health care and communism as idea is the greatest one, but it got corrupted by some leaders.

Pharmacy industry is the richest one next to selling weapons, and no one sees what's wrong with that?!

  • The richest man in the world got rich selling computers that improve all are lives.

  • CHE Was a doctor,he saw for himself what man can do to man.He set out to see soth america and its wonders. What he actually saw changed his mind and life. And it was that same thing he saw that took his life. Our greed,we are all to blame for CHES death,we stood back and allowed them to hunt him down and MURDER him.We can still stop this, borama was a start, but even he cant stop greed, rascism and inequality. We can. By allowing wars to be waged in the name of democracy is wrong.people come first

  • CHE also murdered thausands of people due to their politiacal believes.

  • funny the real America..is Cuba..

    ask Columbus.

I guess we care more about extreme make overs..

  • the us will never even consider adopting a system like that because the ridiculous prices for medicine and treatment are one of its most important incomes after war of course

  • What does America have against Cuba? I know there have been several plots to assassinate Castro, but none have succeeded.

  • @simontimon2 , you dont see the point, it is no point what is cuba, point is that in USA , you can have free speech as you wish, but if you dont have money to pay your medical care 50.times more that is real price, you are free to die.

  • @vmaksimus1 , Well if it's such a great country to live in go move there!

  • @simontimon2

typical americunt reaction. enjoy your lack of health-insurance.

  • @JacksRectum It's just that they think that America is 1000x better than anywhere else

  • I all ready have health care insurance that I pay for every month.

  • @simontimon2 shame 60 million other americans cant afford it ....bu hey ...who gives a fuck....cause the capitalists pussies of america dont

  • 80% of hospitals in the US are government run, so who's realy to blame?

  • @simontimon2 the american senators who are getting back handed payments from pharmicutical and insurance companies ...try looking at the donations the clintons have recieved ...it runs into millions of dollars...then the stupid bitch hilary to cover her tracks ..bigs up obamas health reforms...see how corrupt the american system is ..right to he core !!!

  • apart from the discussion going on here.....can anybody tell me the name of the song, starting about 9:00 minutes into the video

  • See what socialism does in a country that has less than 1/100 of US's GDP and think what people would experience in countries like US or Germany or Japan under workers rule.As unimaginable as the sadness of seeing how dominant amongst the people there(US,EU,etc) the ideology of their exploiters is.

  • This video and this Moore guy disgust me soooo much, this is an insult to the cuban people. Just search here on Youtube for "cuba hospitals for cuban people" you'll be surprise. BTW, do you know how much the Cuban government pay to Cuban workers? 400 pesos cubanos = 20 USD dollars you mother F... Moore, so the F... medicine has to be " cheap when there is any"

  • The health care system in the US is far from perfect and they can learn a lot from France and the UK for instance.

    But Cuba?

Only the privileged in Cuba get good health care. Average Cubans can't even get aspirin. To suggest the situation in Cuba is better than the situation in the US is ridiculous.

  • @0906peter

You fucking moron. Did you even watch the video? Man you are a cunt. It's a communist country, and it has UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE.

How the FUCK can that be better than that in Americo

  • @Reqrezentin

Did you even read my comment? I never said that it's better than in America.

I said the opposite. That to suggest that, is ridiculous. So maybe you should take back calling me a cunt and a fucking moron and read my comment again.

  • Health and basic education should be a right guaranteed for all citizens.

  • She herself says it “is not logical "" Clear that entrance no. she herself is clearing him at those right moments the special allocation for a Cuban that is being chantajeado of by life by two sparay of salbutamol. In a jail of prisoners it is logical that the health, the medicine is almost free. No Cuban must to pay by anything. All are lies turned into truths. They will return to the American ground after to consume about 25 000 dollars preservative assigned to take care of about 200 Cubans.

  • I swear, any douchebag teabagger or republican that thinks our healthcare system is fine should watch this, and I mean REALLY watch it.

  • Comment removed

  • This movie was disproved TIME AND TIME again.

if you have EVER been to cuba or know ANYBODY from Cuba, they will laugh out loud at this film

Cubans dont flock to the USA because they are taken care of...

give me a break Michael... Really?

  • @youngbono18 Disproved by who? Faux News? LMFAO! Give me a fucking break. Disproved by people who think Obama has Moaist tendencies? HAAAAA

  • @SupremePenguinTone

By anybody who has ever been to Cuba. (including me)

Moore is a pathological liar, and his movies are shit.

  • @youngbono18 Foreigners get everything free in "Glorious Communist Nations".

They have two lines at the hospitals which they conceal.

"Foreign Persons and Party Members" and "The Normal Guys (Proletariat)".

Proletariat has to wait up to a year to get medical services.

  • @youngbono18 maybe you might want to take this information to UNICEF and other official news sources who think differently.

  • @SupremePenguinTone

the fact that you actually trust mainstream news proves my point.

    They lie out their asses.

  • @youngbono18 The ONLY reason America question Cuba's healthcare is because they're Communist, and as well all know to America EVERYTHING to do with Communist is automatically bad. We don't need any proof. We don't need any facts. EVERYTHING is bad with no doubt. With this attitude I refuse to pay anyone any mind as they clearly have no idea on Marxist thought or the Cuban Revolution.

  • indeed

  • @raidenusa 20 USD dollars a month

  • there is no free health care in the US?... that sucks. i live in Uruguay and the Health care is free

  • The point is that even in one of the most ruthless and poor regimes on earth, their leaders spend more money per person on healthcare than in a wealthy, democratic republic as the US... Yes, living in Cuba mostly sucks, but their leaders at least have the decency of providing free healthcare for their citizens... amazing, huh? It's like the Cuban leaders say "Yeah, we are megalomaniacs, but we are not evil like you guys"

  • The BEST documentary I have ever seen. God Mike....please be careful....these fat cats and the crazies are gonna kill you the first chance they get.

  • This video has already debunked since those that Moore showed are hospitals for the elites paid by dollars whilst the ones for average cubans are in very bad condition.

The mortality rates are also provided by the Cuban government therefore it's not accurate.

  • Sorry but numbers don't lie. by all the vital indicators Cuba has better health care than the US..though maybe that will change with the recent reforms.

  • Micheal Moore doesn't even believe this...He's filthy rich because 18 year old kids who want to be cool watch his stuff. I wish people would think about stuff. Read Humberto Fontova's book about Castro.

  • yer cuz the cubans wanted to humiliate you americans

  • Having been to Cuba on multiple occasions (family there), I can attest to every one of the comments with multiple "Thumbs Down" replies in that this is NOT an accurate representation of what the average Cuban gets. Ask my aunt, who died of a staph infection after the doctor left a needle in her arm. We never did get the bedsheets back -- the ones we had to bring with us to the hospital. I think the pillows are still there, too.

  • In Cuba there's a doctor on every block, an unemployed one. The rest were sent to Haiti with a promise of a job when they return to Cuba. The Havana Hospital shown here does not treat Cubans from the island because it ONLY accepts U.S. Dollards. It's like an Apartheid of Cuban medicine where ONLY those lucky ones can get service. I'd bet you did not know that about the model society or did you? In God We Trust.

  • Prove it.
