Kail campaigned against him, so he wasn't at that point gonna let her slide b/c he said he owed her one. It was personal on Kail's end to get Dick out cuzz she couldn't take his personality. Kail was outplayed. Eric was playing all sides, but he had to as America's Player so your're right on that.

Dick has lied. He told Kail he would repay her for not putting up Daniele, then she caught him trying to get people to agree to get her out the next week. He also told people that Eric was in an alliance with Kail and Jen, and he never made a deal with either of them.

Dick is decent, because he's honest and up front. But there are times to speak and be quiet! If he keeps on talking and making things worse, man he has to go! It's not Eric's fault because he's doing what America tells him to, and I feel bad for Eric.

If he was playing this game personally, things would be so different; however, America is making him do conflicting things and things that going against the house.
