I liked it until the part where dumbells are involved... im searching for a circuit training with no equipment needed, im on vacations @ the beach, and have nothing more than sand and water :)
@alanvalencia also if that doesnt work grab a couple of empty milk jugs and fill it to suit your weight needs also mix a little water to make em a little heavier...good luck...
this is awesome. Im going to use my Bro's laptop for sure haha. This definitely seems like a great effective way to train for a little bit of strength and a lot of cardio. Can't wait to try it out

@empra166 You can certainly modify it to make it easier for you. For example, you can do standard pushup, bodyweight squat, band row, etc..

Great metabolic circuit seems in incorporate all the basic exercises that are very effective.
I like how you provide the 3 options for variety into the workout also stops going stale.
I'm about to go to the Gym and try it out but I already know it will work and be challenging.
