  • Hey Zero, just take the carbeurator off plug the hole and run the hho into the air intake through a basketball needle and hose. Just need about 3 psi for throttle and about 5 psi for high speed.

  • HHO, solar, hydro, natural gas, propane never did anything to the gulf of Mexico unlike oil. Oil is terrorism to our health and our planet.

  • load of crap - look up Brown's Gas on Wikipedia

  • A nine minute video, and you spent the first six minutes talking about cutting the shroud which has nothing to do with anything...

  • Zero: I have not tried this, remove the float and needle vale from the float bowl, hook your hho line to the gas inlet, pin the choke closed, replace carburetor, you might have to make the main jet hole larger by drilling it out and adjust the governor for proper rpm's. Little work and no money - worth a try... No need to add out side air to hho...

  • Turn the coil clockwise to retard the timeing to near TDC.

  • I just clicked your ad and have resolved to do so once per day until I can't touch a keyboard any longer. This world needs more people like you. Thanks Z!

  • Rather than use the throttle to control the air flow - perhaps throttle the hho flow of gas similar to that of a diesel engine. Just a thought.

  • Just a thought mike, You could also attach the linking arm from the governer to a slide pot for your pwm.

  • I think the closed loop response would be too slow.

  • good video editing ! (;

  • my previous reply was for BikoHatna

  • it work with water.

  • The ice mods make gas burn slower.

  • How long is this engine going to last running on something with a much higher octane rating than the fuel it used to run on? It was made for gasoline, not HHO. I just want to know cause i would like to run stuff on pure HHO as well, but i do not want to tear up my engines. Engines have a "life span" if you will. Will this shorten the engine's life span? If so, then by how much?

  • Octane makes gas burn slower I dont think hho has any it

  • Nice teaching video! I mean, it is best what I have ever saw! Much of info!

But why remove carburator? It will work whit it as well.

  • Zero,First I want to send you my thanks for all your hard work and effort that you have been doing to help all of us understand HHO.

Just FYI most small engines that were used in pressure washers, tillers ect used a cast iron flywheel for engine balance while the ones used in mowers had an aluminum flywheel and used the blade for balance.(Incase you notice extreme vibration) I had this experience before.Good luck and thanks again!!

  • This flywheel is cast iron. All new mowers have a clutch that disengages the blade. Vibration is minimal.

  • @hmetal22 How does one keep the water from freezing in winter?

  • when you build your frame to hold you ICE, consider adding a car alternator. This would be interesting in two ways, first it would be a load and second if it could be self sustaining.

Also when you start cutting that plastic housing a Zip saw would make quick work of it.

Just want to tell you, I have my system up and running. Have gone from 11 mpg in my Ram 1500 to 16.69 average, so far, using a lot of your techniques. I thought enclosing the cells was BS but was wrong. That improv 5x prod

  • wrapping that dell increased my HHO production by 5 fold. am producing 0.7 liters per min using 10 amps. Plate size is 3 inches x 10 inches.

  • I am a very straight shooter. No hidden agendas here. I would not steer you wrong.

  • Thanks for the reply!

How is that 4th of July circuit working out? Am dying to see how that works.

  • good job as always :) Looking forward to see that engine working on HHO, so i can finally show the people that it's possible :)

  • Well, there it is...

I was just watching hydrogen fuel-engine fundamentals very interesting. are you doing something similar?

Also I am not sure I ever saw... how many cc's is the engine?

  • I'm looking to replicate that video with HHO generated on demand as opposed to compressed hydrogen from a tank.

  • Nice!

  • P.S. Don't know how many cc's, only that it's 4.5 HP.

  • There is a site that has all the attachments and info on adding an alternator to a lawnmower. there are three types...interested? I'll send it to you.

  • Always.

  • hi im guessing that this a 150cc or there abouts. hope this helps you.

  • Yeah, that sounds about right to me to.

    Thanks!
