  • Thank you for sharing this concert. I have been looking fir it for a long time. He's definitely got something to say here. I saw him at Balboa Park in San Diego 88 maybe, Just before the release of In Step. First half was all the standards... then he whupped us with the new stuff...yeah, like that man. The conviction of his playing was almost like a tongue lashing for me and my lifestyle at the time. broke me off fo' sho'.
