  • I really like your videos linda. there are two groups of food my husband will eat: mexican and asian. because there are lots of rice and lots of soup lol. i am in the process of ordering your book as we speak on amazon. can't wait to get it. i will definately give you an update if it works for me :)

  • hi linda! i wrote on your channel, i guess you didnt see it yet but i am wondering how can i keep 47,5 kg, i am vegan, 1,63 cm tall and 17 years old. i started losing weight since little but i always get it back so i am going to buy your book . i hope i get it because i always get back miy kilos (that jojo efect you were talking about in videos) and i cant lose more pounds and i dont want to gain more pounds, hope you see it and help. thanks and have a nice day!

  • I never really saw it that way...i was always pretty fat when i was young...but now i realize i just ate excessively (mostly all chinese food)...and snacked a little too much on American processed food

  • that is true... i used to be thin too but now i'm like 30lbs overweight its been 5 years since we migrated here.

  • It happens to all of us :) The solution is simple: combine American food and Asian food and you will lose weight & stay slim permanently.

    I have to say, after reading this book I myself have switch from bread to rice and I've lost almost 10 pounds and I don't get hungry anymore!
