You said, "I don't know what this song means" It's actually 4 different poems (or lyrics) that Dylan wrote and never used. One day he was going through a book of his old writings and found these lyrics at the back of the book. Hence the name, "My Back Pages".

So, I guess technically, there is no meaning.
