@smokenfly514 "Bridges" are simply Wireless Access Points set to "Bridged" mode. Wireless Access Points ONLY transmit data wirelessly and nothing else. Routers: Route Traffic between Subnets, provide DNS, Provide DHCP, Provide Port Forwarding and Quality of Service, AND transmit data wirelessly.
@almada284 Correct... It's like running a cable from one switch to another, but wirelessly. I've used this to connect offices on different sides of buildings. So in the server room there is an access point, and then on the other side of the building I setup an access point to act as a bridge, connect it to a switch, and then have the computers in the office connect to the switch with network cables.
I am not an expert but i know things, and i highly doubt it that you can do that.
I think that TP-link TL-WR740N is the cheapest router that you can buy if you have them in your country and set it up as a bridge to its cheap brother the TL-WA701ND access point.
TL-WR740N costs only15 Euros in my country and TL-WA701ND costs 23 Euros.
I have a network of few of these covering an area of a bit more than 4 square kilometers with enough signal strength to watch hd YouTube vid
Please clarify. The laptops in guard room must be wired to the bridged access point or it can receive wireless signal. Also can the powered directional antennas be used outdoor ....suggest leading brands.
You are wonderful.

So this bridge method is just receive the signal, the access point doesn't extend the signal like a repeater?

@almada284
You could use 2 access points to make a repeater... 1 access point in bridge mode connected to another access point in access point mode.

You are not explaining which one has to have the mac address inputed into.
More info needed.
Slow down and explain your self a bit better.

@thill47 He explained it very clearly, perhaps you need to watch it 5 or 6 times and take notes.
