technically nintendo didnt steal it because the creator of tetris Alexey Pajitnov worked with nintendo to bring out tetris for the game boy and if you play tetris for the game boy you will see the sentence created by Alexey Pajitnov at the beginning text :D eg fruit ninja is Australian but that does not mean apple stole the game from Australia just because a programmer is foreign does not mean other country's can't sell his/her idea i think something else might be happening to your gameboy :)
