i saw switchfoot live a few years ago with my youth group and fell in love, so to speak :) theres something about their music.. its not just the lyrics and its not just the melodies, its both, and theyre always perfectly combined.

Don't ask me why, but I FINALLY bought "Nothing is Sound" last friday. I heard this song, and fell in love. I've been listening to Switchfoot for the past 5 years (since I was 13 and heard "Something More"), but this song just gets me up and moving. I mean, ALL of their songs move me, but this song just did something to me. Nevertheless, I love ALL of their songs. Each one is unique and motivational.

don't worry, you're not alone!!! This song is awesome though. There's something about it that just makes it stand out for me (along with "The Blues". I could play these 2 all day). Sometimes I'll find myself humming it absentmindedly, but I dont mind. if anything, introduce your friends to Switchfoot, and have them listen to their songs. Before you know it, they'll be singing along with you;)

Yeah, I know what you mean. Words can't even begin to describe what they say and how they say it. When you infuse their lyrics with the melodies they create, it becomes so beautiful that it moves you. Each one of their songs are special. I just really hope they come back to Toronto one day (the last time they came was about 2-3 years ago; I didnt get to go) so that I could try to tell them in person. They are by far one of the most talented bands of our time.
