My great grandfather on my mum's side was in the Australian Air Force during WWII, my great grandmother on my mum's side was in the royal British Air Force during WWII, my grandfather on my mum's side was in the Army during Vietnam, did 4 suicide missions there, was in the 82nd and 101st Air Borne Division, both of my grandparents on my father's side were in the Navy, and my father was in the Air National Guard.

i have two sons in the military, one presently in Afghan on his 3rd tour total. I lost a husband in 2001, he died of a service related injury, US Army. I am outraged that they are speaking of cutting the pay of veterans... My rant; Its a slap in their face for cutting the pay that is not even enough to survive on. My son, Lcpl Myles Cody Sebastien, USMC gave his all. My son, my child, MY All, his sisters and grandparents and best friends from school. And his Marine Brothers he served with all lost someone great they will never forget. He gave his All for us!

I hope that sheds a little light on how different the situations between Breivik and things like Al Qaeda or the Taliban.
As someone who opposed the war until I started to research reasons besides 9/11 I can honestly say I support it now. even if I think we could fight it better.

i have two sons in the military, one presently in Afghan on his 3rd tour total. I lost a husband in 2001, he died of a service related injury, US Army. I am outraged that they are speaking of cutting the pay of veterans... My rant; Its a slap in their face for cutting the pay that is not even enough to survive on. I hope the people can do something to SUPPORT OUR TROOPs be active, retired, most of all disabled.

It is the wish of any soldier, the very dream of any soldier to never have to do their job. In a better world they wouldn't have to . . . but until then as a vet I would like to thank those men and women out there putting it all on the line for us today. My eternal gratitude to you all.

We lost alot of men & women in wars from the beginning of wars to now, they didn't die in vain they knew the risks and they proudly fought for this country and our right for freedom, let's never forget the sacrifice they did for us and are still doing today, god bless us all
