can anyone remember a sci fi movie that I have way in the back of my mind, it's only vague. Basically it's black and white and it's about one man and time stands still, all I remember is that he wanders the streets etc. It might possibly be that he uses a watch to make time stand still.......very vague I know....any ideas to the name of the film ? it's driving me nuts trying to remember !
