One of the first Tv cartoon produced at the start of the actual era [after the 1940s-50s early efforts such as Crusader Rabbit's original version] and the first in color, too!
wow by the time i got to view syndicated tv this wasn't on.. I did see Cool McCool and so many others, but the ones you are posting I have yet to see on TV...I don't know how often or what channels had this on syndication. I surely wasn't alive if it ran on network. .. Thank you soooo much...
@revolutuck this did not originally have sound effects??? Why must they alter cartoons. I know they went so far to change the theme to Hercules... and other crazy things.. why??
@newstart2009 I miss spoke, it did have sound effects, and they are still in here, but this has been played with. Altered and layed on top of. And trust me it didn't need it.
I used to watch this back in the 60's. Black and white of course. It was one of my favorite cartoons.

Love the style, so much with so little. Scratch and Squeak both baffled me as a kid, and I guess they still do. Really a treat to see in color.

I'm not digging the added on sound effects, though. The original was fine without it.
