I respect Scott Brown and what he has done for Massachusetts, and I hate it when he’s branded some sort of anti-Obama Tea Party activist. He unlike Martha Coakly vowed to serve Massachusetts, he opposed the Healthcare Bill not out of party allegiance but because he didn’t want his state to pay for national healthcare when Massachusetts had a healthcare system that worked. He’s actually praised Obama for his partisan efforts and voted on much of Obama’s agenda i.e. Jobs Bill.

Included in that 48% are liberals like me, who generally support the plan but wish there was a public option, which the Dems had to compromise on because the right was so obstructionist.
