@milesrulezz Watch your language please. Watch my recently uploaded videos and you'll see the workout helped. I've gained a good amount of size.
Personally I think it's great that a skinny guy makes videos and gradually makes progress. That way people can see that it takes time to get results. All those pumped up youtubers sometimes give a wrong message to their audience.
Noice vid!! remember boys and girls, devote a good 5-10minutes to stretching AFTER your workouts (before is good too so that you don't pull anything but it's most important afterwards when muscles are at their tightest). exercise safely :D
@tojsiab100 If you eat a lot of fat, it doesn't mean you can't lose bodyfat. Eating fat doesn't immediately has to result in gaining fat. I eat loads of fat as well, but I'm not fat myself.
@therobotthatdidurmom Subscribe to my channel and watch the video that I will upload today or maybe tomorrow. I only have to narrate the video, so I think I can upload it today!
danka ..thats awesome. I appreciate any suggestions. im just tryin to find a way to rev my motabolism. Id love to have a flat belly but i dont want to look like a dude. ya know?
what would you suggest for women to do? I would love to have that flat a stomach but i dont think i would look good with 6 pack. I would just perfer the exercises that give you the quickest results though. Cos im not that patient. Any suggestions aye?
@funfabmegan First of all, I would do the squats and lunges and the push ups as well. Working out legs is something a lot of women should do, because it will give them a tighter lower body and is really effective. Your legs are big muscles and if you train them, they will burn more energy for you indirectly, which will lead to losing more weight. For a women it is probably not interesting to get big lats, so I wouldn't focus on pull ups to much. I will send you a PM for more info.
@ronal80inho Well, I get to learn to work with people and help them. I get only a little bit of money with ads, but I spend that money to buy some more equipments. I just like to help people and want to work in this buisiness, so that's why. You don't always have to do something to get back something for yourself!
@EKBVIZ Your muscles most of the time need 48 hours to recover from working out, so I won't think that's a great idea. Do push ups on one day and squats/lunges and pull ups on the other day. So do 3 days of pushing and 3 days of pulling. With some more rest you will get greater results.
@bellyzbad If you ride fast enough and long enough you will get a good benifit out of it. It's not a good warming up for an exercise routine like this though!
When I try doing pullups with the form you're doing here I get a quick rush of pain/discomfort throughout my arms as I release my grip. It feels like it's coming from the bones than it is my muscles. Any thoughts?
@ChaosTheory602 Do a warming up that focusses more on the arms. Swing them back and forward to warm up. You probably have pain in the elbow? Make sure you don't swing on the bar and do the exercises with good form, this will prevent you from having pains. If it keeps hurting you shouldn't continue doing this exercise and perhaps go to the doctor.
Nice video here. Any video for better abs training? Including the duration for each exercise would be nice =]. Send me a PM or something if you can. Thank you for all these awesome videos!
@cbcbc91 There will be more abdominal routines soon, I use a couple of different exercises every day. Most of the time I do 3 different exercises with bodyweight or with extra weight added. Watch my abdominal playing list and see what more exercises you can do. Some of them will be suitable for you.
hey man, how you been? ive been wondering now how close are you to the one handed chinup? give me your stats and how you plan to get to the one handed chinup,
@uuukkjj OAC is going pretty well although I think it might take some more training to achieve it. I can almost do a full planche push up, I can go up already, but going down without touching the floor to much is harder. I basicly do frenchies and weighted chin ups and some one armed negatives to achieve the OAC.
Because you take the time to explain every step of the way and show it to us, you should do a quick "summary" in the beginning of your videos.
For example, in the very beginning, just show us 1 rep of every exercise that's going to be done. This saves us a lot of time and ensures that we might not be missing out on anything when we skip. But the main reason for this is because some people may already know the basics of each exercise and we pretty much just want to know your routine :D
@UnderstandingAll There will be coming a video in which I show a way to do pull ups without having to buy one. This means going to the playgrounds of children and do pull ups on those monkey bars. There is NO substitute for pull ups. Pull ups are the number one lattisimus dorsi exercise there is by far!
Great Job man, since you've given me those tips i have gained 15 pounds of muscle, i am 5'9 and 16 years old. went from 135 pounds to 150! :D you are amazing bro, and you are slowly building great dedicated fans!

Hey Bruce Lee is fucking awsome but, his flexing is kind-of diffrent.
I recommend watching some bodybuilding video's and watch how they flex.
I really really think that if you do the "Lat Spread" it will really show off your lat's.

@chris96kalonji Alright, I will look up how to do a proper lat spread. By the way, this isn't a flexing video in case you didn't notice.
