You guys use alot of unnessesary butter and oil in your videos. U took something healthy like spinach and make it unhealthy by basically frying it in butter. You can easily steam spinach without the butter and if u have to use something you could use extra virgin olive oil.
And this is he reason why the US is the fattest country in the world!
Pardon me, but spinach is such an easy to grow plant! If you choose to buy it, you should know that it takes a lot of resources just to process it, pack it and transport it. Well, I guess it's just the american way of living
@moviegal226 don't say that I used to be worst and owed to youtube I am about becoming professional it's just about time..good luck futur professional
Thanks for teaching me how to cook spinach! I had all this baby spinach and wasn't the mood for a spinach salad (again). Next I am going to work on making a dip :-)
Hi there is NO downsides to eating spinach period. It has several health benefits, and can help prevent diseases. So enjoy ALL the spinach you want. I eat it on the regular ♥
@MegaIntegrity apart from it being one of the highest pesticide containing foods. It is one of the best vegetables you can eat if you can find it fresh and organic.
@mjantube There is no downside, infact eating it raw maintains more nutrients/minerals and your able to ommit the quarter cup of butter used in the recipe. If your looking for a healthy way to eat it cooked you can boil it then use vinager as a seasoning with pepper.
I made a bag of baby spinach 3 times last week, just like this. It was so good, simple and delicious. All I added was butter and seasalt and it was so full of flavor!! This is the best habit to have, a spinach habit:)!!
Thanks! We do have a grilled chicken and pasta recipe, and a chicken and sausage gumbo. We'll do some more chicken recipes for you in the future. Thanks for watching!
Thank you! (:

Quarter cup of butter with about a cup or cup and a half or reduced cooked spinach seems like a gross ratio to me.
But that's just me.

None that I know of. A lot of people put fresh spinach in their salads. Thanks for watching!

Cheers!

@MegaIntegrity apart from it being one of the highest pesticide containing foods. If you can get it organic it is one of the best foods.

You're right! I never liked it as a child, and love it now. Even little Ashley loves it, and actually asks for it!
