I swear to god, we had two Lhasa Apso's and they had puppies... when the girl, called Silky, gave birth the first time, she SCREAMED "AV!" which is 'ouch' in danish... completely correct phonetically. Freaked me and my mother out all night, because she was so intelligent to begin with. Stopped her son and the father from fighting, stopped 'em picking on the girl puppy as they grew up, came over and said 'hello', as a dog does it, to everyone of us when she came home, and so on.
