IMHO these Poi are NOT worth their price. The fibres at the end break of easily. The Core is anything but shiockresitant and while the idea of shifting patterns/colores with speed and motion it makes antispin and stalls difficult to pull off without turning your poi of.

yeah these things are pretty cool. theyre israeli poi. i played with a set at a festival back in july. they have fiber optic wires on the ends, thats the stringy part at the ends. they only light up when you swing them which is awesome cause those lithium batteries are expensive. theyre about thirty bucks on ebay

Recently got myself a pair of these: they're great! Love the weight and the color shifting when spinning faster or slower, and they make beautiful patterns - actually this vid doesn't even show them off at their best.
