Does anyone know why the one priest stopped the other from getting in their way in the begining of the film? I never really understood that. And their home, their jobs, did the director ever say why they chose to live like that even thought they were so smart? I'm really curious, about that.

There characters are religious but they dont follow the 'guidelines'. like pruzy said they are protected by the church. The one priest stopped the other because he knew them.

And about there living situation they dont care about money and material things. The only thing thats matters is that they are brothers.

they are guided by a 'higher power'. there dad started to clear the world of bad people, and they continued that tradition.
