Silly cow from Hermes couriers in the UK, delivered clothes to my house yesterday, she just left then near by back gate, surprise to say they werent there when I got home
Since shipping laws were changed in the late 1970's this behavior has been rampant. This is one of the primary reasons so many hard drives are ether DOA or die within a few days. In the early 70's we shipped computer hardware with tipntell's and shock-watches installed. If either sensor was tripped the package was refused and the shipper ate the cost to return, repair and reship. After the law changed, every package we received had both the shockwatch and the tipntell sensors tripped.
Lol what if the owner was standing there just out of camera view and told him like " Hi buddy, yeah just come over here and throw it over the fence and I'll catch it " So the FedEx guy gave it like that and it's all good :))
u call the 800 247 4747 after 10pm.. i'd put you on hold for about 20 mins.. then i transfer you to tech support voicemail... i just cant deal wit so many calls this dayss.. damn!!
I heard that Fed Ex were "responding strongly" to this video by seeking to find out who this employee is so they can "punish him" but nothing short of sacking him will be satisfactory. This is a very simple situation: the bastard needs to be tossed out on his arse.
By the way i was a ups employee at the richmond CA hub for several years and packages were treated like garbage, the only thing these companies care about is how fast you can make a full truck empty, thats it..

I have complained to FedEx before in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, when one FedEx guy just threw my package from the ground to my second floor apartment terrace. The guy was arrogant when I accosted him. I called FedEx and was promised something would be done. FedEx has become so popular with their "expensive for nothing service" that they don't care for the customers that give them billions of dollars every year. Time to switch!
its funny how many times this happens, between ups and fedex, but it takes a media hype to make them notice and make a public appology... we had problems with fedex leaving packages for us at an abandonned house thats next door and its not even the right address... they still do it!!!

It's time you realize that the United States is a diversity country. I don't mean to disrespect or insult but I'm only trying to help you to stay away from saying shit like this public. FedEx, never deliver my order to my address as indicated by the business where I order a cell phone. I called FedEx and inquired about my order, and they stated a person under different name of me, signed and received the package. I told FedEx, no person under such as that name live in my home. I feel that my personal information could be in jeopardy because FedEx delivered my order to the wrong person. I believe, Fed Ex, have irresponsible employees and lack prestige, trust, and credibility.
One man does not represent an entire company. Just like everyone has different morals. His morals are messed up but there are plenty of good FedEx driver out there. Example: There crazy religious people out there but there is also good religious people. Get the picture now.
ha ha ha ha!!!!.. time is money i run 200 stops all day imposible not even have time for lunch or brake fedex pays $1.00 for each box is been deliver if no signature you dont got pay not mater size or wieght, every day the fedex truck gets out the yard overloaded breaking the law and all the managers they push all driver to finished all the boxes they only care about bonus and comitions they dont care about the workers and dont care about the drivers. dont use fedex at all...

No surprises here. I've had outrageous behavior from Fedex drivers often enough that I refuse to buy anything online unless the vendor agrees NOT to ship via Fedex. I get the impression they hire local people on an as-needed basis. The drivers do not seem to value the job in sharp contrast with UPS drivers who are always very proffessional.
