I was 19 when he left office, when I was 16 I got to go see his second inaugural speech in D.C. when I went with the Close Up to Washington trip through my high school. I remember the 90's incredibly fondly, and though I don't like how he's behaved toward Obama during this cycle, I still admire him.

I would say best since LBJ...simply because he was good in the domestic relm. Ike was only a great president because he surrounded himself by intelligent people who knew what to do. But Kennedy was great!
