One of the primary contentions of feminism is that gender roles are social constructions, i.e. - what we perceive to be "male" and "female" are reinforced not by biology, but by our own practices. She has plenty of femininity, just not in your understanding of it. Why does it make you sick? It's all about being equal.

@80Cetbal08 I don't think that women have to be masculine to be strong at all. but I think that is her nature and she's out there working to make people think in a culture where of so much internalized sexism. I believe that we ALL should be able to express ourselves authentically. Still we may have to step up at times and be more assertive to keep our rights and make our culture a place that affirms our sacred femininity.

I don't disagree, but I think feminism is pushed too hard onto women.

It should be seen as an option to be that way, just as much an option to be the princess that grows into a housewife.

It's instinctive nature for the male to want to protect the female, and for the female to want to be protected. How does feminism affect war? Think about it.

However, we're still equal, and differences should be seen as opposites that complement each other.
