Not sure if this is the only random friend itd work on, so if it is you should show where on the map he appears. It might work better if you just run him over with the car slowly that might attract less attention then shooting him. Good idea though, a lot easier then doing the atm trick which i still cannot do right.

(brucie's car shop) and all the cars should have Some money in theyr face ! it more then 10.000 for nothing ! no killing no nothing ! you can find EROTICAR from the Internet(GTA 4):) log in go on web then go on Cars ! and then you will see where is the Place ! on the map (gotta have the Original GTA map from Case) peace try it !

I Got A Better Way Without Driving Around. First go to the helitour place, then blow up all their helicopters with a rocket launcher. Then go to the line and keep killing people in the line with a KNIFE until there are a lot of dead bodies on the floor, and money will just appear out of no where. The more you kill the more money appears. This really works! and the money never stops coming I did it for over 1 hour and money kept on coming! Now I got $250,673
