actually its vice versa... i dont think we spend any dollars to this issue..
all we say is lets gather historians all together and create a commission, open the archieves and let them say the final word...

All these so called "experts" are mere product of millions of dollars spent by Turkey to buy "historians" in desperate attempt of denial of Genocide.
Stanford Shaw for example was a known fraud who plagiarized majority of his treatise "History of the Ottoman Empire and Modern Turkey".
No wonder all these denialist clowns sound the same spewing the same garbage.
