Actually if the government DID legalize prostitution they would make MAJOR money off of it. Think about it: They charge fees for Prostitutes to get a business license on the condition of being declared HIV/AIDS free with health checkups at govt dictated intervals.
The clinics performing the checkups will have their earnings taxed.Taxes can be charge on income earned from legalized prostitute, 'cuz it WILL be considered an occupation. What's tragic is that no 1 is doing this. :-(
