The SPP isn't a treaty, it's a synchronizing of goals. In other words, the member executives have agreed to follow it, but they don't have to. It's not law, so Congress has nothing to do with it. Now wait till the bailout money trickles down, causing hyper-inflation and the collapse of the US dollar. Then people will be begging for the Amero, and that's when we'll have a parliament take away our national sovereignty, like in the EU.

It's not an organization, it's an agreement between the three leaders to follow the same plan, the SPP. CFR made the policy (Moving Toward A North American Community), they agreed upon it (as the SPP), and now they make executive orders implementing it, along with all other CFR members in positions of power, which is the entire CFR.

Actually not, it's gonna be better for all 3 countries, it'd stop illegal immigration completely and we'd become, richer than we are now... Because the Union will be inspired in the UE. So, that means america's sovereingty will not be in danger. By mixing the 3 currencies it will not be an "average"... suppose america is 10 canada 7 and mexico 5... the result is 22. The Amero currency will probably be stronger than british pound, British pound is actually 100% stronger than dollar. :)
