I am thinking of hiking and camping around IR for my first time next summer. Do you have any helpful tips or tricks? Where did you stay? Were wolves or moose a problem for you? What about the weather? Was it very cold at night? Thank you for any feedback!! :)

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I hiked with a friend. We were there for 6 days and 5 nights and walked from Windigo to Rock Harbor by a number of trails . The trails were in great shape for that early in the season. I expected more blow-downs and such.
