He said 30 + VAT. I think he said that to make the judges and audience think and laugh at his humor. VAT means Value Added Tax, which is a form of consumption tax, where the buyer is taxed on a purchase price. When you go to a restaurant or shop, check your receipt, there is VAT. I don't know what % is VAT in UK. Here in the Philippines, its 12 %. Cheers! I really enjoy watching this man:)
