  • Lindsay tearing it up, Jon kicking the bar.

  • Are you guys going to release the workout music as mixes some time soon? :)

  • Cornell is going far. Believe that.

  • 1:37 - Weight Conversion Fail!!

  • Jon isnt looking to confident underneath the bar.

  • Absolutely loved the technique tips on the website, will really help with just those little things I need to correct, thanks heaps.

  • the real winner is whoever's playlist that is!

  • Coach Pendlay, can I purchase an old used pair of .25kg plates. No joke lol...I'm actually serious. New ones are too expensive and I can't find used ones.

  • from italy...thanks coach, very instructional video, please post the same with c&j

  • Not exactly what I had in mind when I googled "lots of big snatches" but eh, this is pretty cool too.

  • Damn, Lindsay is killing it. What class is she?

  • wtf wow, was the girl (lindsay?) hitting 60ish in competition the other week and now 75? impressive.

  • Thanks for listing the weight. Most enjoyable video. This is the real deal. Gotta love the 'side-stepping' dude. :) Incredible effort.

  • the amount of explosion you guys (and girls) have is incredible!

  • not really a fan of Jon and his antics, but gota respect a guy whos back in the gym fighting hard only a few days after a big competition!

  • why are you telling lindsay to move her feet? good snatch technique does not necessarily require movement of the feet, since altering the foot position just increases the time needed to get under the bar.

  • @dibbledoodle why are you explaining good snatch technique to Coach Pendlay? I'd say he knows a thing or two about good snatch technique.

  • @LITHUANIAC Perhaps I was just curious about her technique in comparison to footage of other Olympic weightlifters. Can't I question an expert without receiving such acrimonious smartass comments?

  • @dibbledoodle No you may not.

  • @dibbledoodle your jumping position and your landing position should be different because you jump from a narrower stance than you would normally squat in. some people don't need to move their feet, but your snatch will be more stable if you move your feet out in the catch

  • @supramano8 That makes sense. I initially thought he was telling her to move her feet UP by deliberately jumping. Thanks for clearing up that misconception.

  • good music selection

  • @DooshWillis91 was thinking the same
