1.your' recruiter lies

2.you will go to combat one way or another.

3.Basic training has to be takin a day at a time

4.Dont touch the DI's hat

5.Try to pursue school before enlisting.

I'm 23 and all washed up,I feel like im 40.

I think Funker will agree that being deployed takes alot from your' body and mind.

It's just one of those things I guess

@boosted28 Your own personal experiences are NOT going to happen to other people. Everyone is different and everybodys body will react differently. However, trying to disuade poeple to join the military is wrong. Let people make their own decisions. And your number 3 tip, is rediculous. Just bc u feel washed up, does not mean everyone else who joins the armed forces will be. Fix yourself up. rest. Get therapy if you need. go to the gym if your able. Eat healthy, and you will get better.
