That is what the crew of the craft called it. Who do you think the old guy who is speaking about the flight is? Buzz Aldrin, who was a member of that flight. The crew were calling it a UFO, and were not convinced that it was S1VB. Even today they cant say what it is.

In another video, he says that the team concluded the light could just be a panel that flew got detached from the craft in a normal procedure. Maybe it was a UFO, but that piece of evidence is quite inconclusive - there's much better.

It sounds like the control room was just a stage set full of props made to appear like advanced computer technology. They didn't show where the Van Allen radiation belt was on the spacecraft's path to the Moon. That seems like a big hurtle and an important part.
