  • that's adorable!!!!i think EVERYONE can agree!!! :)

  • ive had a cockateil for about 25 years now, and hes still going strong, just think you have them forever LOL

  • My cockatiel is 13 now, and he has never sang. Xavier is a Gray Pearl mutation tho...are they less likely to sing?

  • so cute))

i have a white cockatiel too))) 4 months old) male)

  • so cute

  • they are two males for sure. margrita is a male u better change her name to margrit, lol

  • If I whistle near my cockatiel cage they will all come up close to listen, the immitate it later.

  • @chloecapray Hehehe! Mines does the same thing.

  • ^_^ thats sweet

  • @MrJvictoria3118 no, all lutino cockatiel have bright orange cheeks, except the yellowfaces ^^ and the females mostely havent got the strips by the tail so its hard to tell whether if its a female or a male

  • i reckon "margarita" is a he, look at the cheek very bright orange.

  • Awww! They are beautiful, sweet birds!! I had 4. Two of mine passed this year.

Luckily I still have Sam and Joker. All of mine have been tiels.

  • Singer seems to be a male. If "he" is laying eggs, then obviously he's a she. Still, all posturing, wing motion, etc., says Margarita is a male.

  • Your birds are beautiful and Margarita sounds awesome

  • adorable! but i think they're both boys, girl cockatiels hardly whistle

  • Really?! Margarita is a femal for sure and she whistle more than Roméo the male. He does too but not as much as Margarita. Were not 100% sure if Roméo is a male but Margarita is a femal for sure. Roméo is also bigger than Margarita and he's about 6 months yonger than her so I'm pretty sure he's a male.

  • @Jean2291 it's only an opinion, i can't tell for sure. i agree Romeo is a boy for sure, see that heart shape he makes with the wings, only boys do that. Margarita may be a girl after all if he's doing the heart to her, but it's very unusual for a girl to whistle like that. they're both lovely :)

  • my female cockatiel in my room is twelve and she sings all the time. I know she is a girl because she lays eggs

  • Romeo is a male, he has the colors of a male whiteface cockatiel. As for Margarita, if she whistles more than Romeo there's a good chance she's a indeed a male. Also I saw in the beginning when she was whistling, she was sticking her wings out a bit. Only males are supposed to do that when they sing :)

  • @Jean2291 OH yes yes, females can Whistle very well!

  • @Jean2291 His heart wings give him away..Romeo that is, I have 2 males and I love it when they make the heart wings...

  • @Jean2291 my female cockatiel used to whistle and imitate a lot

  • @Jean2291 White faced cockatiels are always males I think.

  • @Jean2291 What makes you think Margarita's a 'female for sure'? Has she been DNA sexed? Has she laied an egg? Female cockatiels generally do not sing, especially as beautifully as Margarita. I strongly think you have a male Lutino on your hands. Enjoy him and his beautiful singing!

  • @mbauschard This video is nearly three years old. We since then went to the vet last summer and Margarita is indeed a male apparently. Hehe!

  • my bird makes a zipper noise over and over and over agin how do i teach it to sing sumthing else

  • If you start wistling you birds could start wistling too. That's what mines does.

  • omg c tellement cute

  • nice song lutino I have a lutino that is a girl but never sings

  • I was also singing to help her because when I sing it makes her wants to sign ever more.
