  • Sherry Jackson is Trained by the IRS. She was NEVER Educated on how to Interpret Federal Tax Laws. She was taught to FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. If the IRS wanted to Educate her on Federal Tax Laws, they would have. I watched her videos and how she misinterprets Tax Laws. Most IRS Agents ARE NOT EDUCATED. TREY ARE TRAINED TO DO WHAT THEY ARE TOLD TO DO. That's why if you have IRS Problems, you should get a Lawyer or CPA, who is EDUCATED IN TAX LAWS. NOT a former IRS AGENT. You will end up in JAIL.

  • @commonman80 So, what you are saying is that the American tax paying public is not smart enough to decipher through the maze of bureaucratic red tape and legalese that the USC title 26 tax codes consists of;' and the fact that according to the 16th amendment, IRS was never ratified by 40 states, therefore making it an unconstitutional government entity. Next, you'll be explaining to us that is also legal for the foreign owned FRB print and disseminate US currency that has no true value.

  • @commonman80 Also, what you are saying is that she was trained as a puppet, despite of her education and professional credentials, to include many years of outstanding performance with her agency, she wasn't "smart enough" to think in accordance with the constitution in which she took an oath to abide by prior to assuming her position as an agent for government? It sound like you are saying that the feds dismisses Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) at their will.

  • @MrMallymal68, What I'm saying is, The Federal Government hires and TRAINS people to do specific Jobs/Duties. If she was hired as an IRS (AGENT) then she was hired as an IRS (AGENT)... Not a IRS Attorney. Elaboration: IRS Agents ARE NOT IRS Lawyers. Their Agents charged with doing their appointed duties.

    Got it..

  • @commonman80 I'm very familiar with the GS rating system! Job description is irrelevant. As a CPA, it's was her duty to understand and interpret federal tax laws; Also, as an agent of the government, it's also her duty to assure that one's constitutional rights are not violated while conducting the government's business. Hypothetically, let's say that she was a lawyer who blew the whistle, she would still get the same treatment for pointing out government corruption. Are you a lawyer?

  • @MrMallymal68 She is/was not ever an employee of the government as the IRS is NOT a government agency.

  • @DJillogick It is an agency of the U.S. Treasury Department. If that doesn't make it a government agency, then I don't know what does.

  • @commonman80 And by the way, government employees have a duty to report waste, fraud and abuse without retaliation under the Federal Whistle Blowers Act. I can tell that you have been conditioned to think like a recruit in basic training who is programmed to disregard the constitutional laws of the land.

  • Clearly they're trying to let her die! The question is when will the revolution begin? Lives will be lost, in fact lives are being lost as we speak. Better to reign in hell than to serve in heaven.

  • Did Sherry recover or did she end up dying? Does anyone know?

  • I'm with you. Not many have the nerve to stand up to the man. Thats the best way I can put it for here.

  • This his hilarious. Of course your lips turn purple when you don't pay your taxes. Alex this is the best piece of bullshit you have ever put on. The only other bullshit that is funnier is these IRS agents gone amuck parody. Now little Alexander Ganoupolus just may not get and maypo or Ovaltine from my take on this. Greek bullshit.

  • @lrrrosterman

What so funny, realy i dont get it, would you please explain me if you're so smart ??

  • Every CHRISTIAN CHURCH knows TAXATION is illegal period. It is tribute to a King period. Pastors won't pay try putting them in jail. No force of law. Thats why you have to RIG things up. So. I don't live in Maryland nor will I go into there courts. If the TAX people come on my property. I will have them arrested.

  • @lrrrosterman

hmm.I wonder how much power the IRS agent has over the police department. You dont live in MD.Most likely PA or Delaware, but who ever thought of the term "big brother"was right on.

Once a mother fuc^%# understands that its all in the family.

Im surprised Alex put this on his show if hes supposed to be a complete fruad(shrill).

    I dont know

  • What ever happened to Sherry?

  • you gotta love Alex Jones !!!

  • he cant even read the fuckin dumb git. hes just as bad as fox, putting his own spin on the information. fuck u

  • this guy is a git. hes just as bad as fox. putting his own spin on the information.

  • My God the time has come for satan to be revealed! we are living in the last days people know that this was revealed in the good book, this world has to go down i m just waiting on the mother wheel to come down & drop golden leaflets in Arabic & English so everybody can understand that Allah wants u to get the fuck out of here this devil that was created out of the original black man has reached his end to kill my beautiful black sister for the sake of your sick greed 6000 yrs is up time 2 die!

  • Update: Mrs. Jackson is to be released early 2011, thanks in part to numerous letters and inquires about her condition. She was moved several times because of pressure from Congressmen and concerned citizens, spotlighting the inhumane treatment she received. The prison(s) involved did not like the negative press. She is doing much better now. Never underestimate the power of using your representatives--they are supposed to work for you.

  • @MsBonSaint

No, she is due for release because she has served her time. Maybe she is wiser now and will file her taxes.

  • @RetSquid Well I heard you get longer jail time for not filing or paying taxes than for murder. Soo the crooked government most likely wont release her for a long time. Unless she secretly proved behind closed doors that she did nothing wrong and they said" keep it to yourself, and you shall be free."

  • @straightcleaner

How many people do you know that got less than a year for murder? The rest of you statement is just a joke.

  • I would love to get Alex involved in my campaign. It's really just beginning, but much of what I stand for is what I hear him speak.

  • The msg thing is very true. It happened to me. Avoid it and you'll drop weight like crazy. But wait at least a few months for your body to clear it out. It took a year of avoiding all additives that weren't basic like baking soda, salt, sugar, etc. But once I started losing the weight it came off.

  • Oh my, I feel so bad for her! I'm praying for her

  • They give her meds, she doesn't take them. She has an illness that has nothing to do with prison. But it is all there fault. Is there any proof that she is being denied what she needs? Is she a doctor? No. Was she even a good accountant? No. She gets the same treatment as every other prisoner. If they were to operate and she dies of a complication, her family would sue saying they killed her on purpose. It is loose loose, so next time, she should just obey the law!

  • @zentner18 You have to be the most stupit shit i have ever heard!

She has not break the law, she just informate you that ther is no law to fill a 1040.

  • @pellenyberg First, your spelling and grammer prove you are much more stupid that I am. Second, there is a law that says you pay taxes. Third, if there was no law saying you have to file taxes, why did she charge over $400,000 to file tax returns for people? If she honestly thought you didn't have to file, then why make people pay to file for them? She should have just told them not to file then! No the facts you dumb ass!

  • @zentner18 Ok american shit! i am from SWEDEN. My typing is not the best(try to wright in swedish you dumb ass!) But i know there is no law to pay incomtax in US!!! Try to reed little history befor you oppend your dumb mouth fuckbreath.

  • @pellenyberg Nej tack. Jag talar engelska.

Here is the law you. Try having more thought power than a Swedish meatball.

    26 U.S.C. § 1 - Tax Imposed

    26 U.S.C. § 61 & 63 - Defines taxable income

    26 U.S.C. §6012(a) & 6151 - Requires the filing of returns

    26 U.S.C. § 6072 - Sets the date for filing.

  • @zentner18 Well go get the $450,000, reward, they arent laws..plus constitution saves you from this

  • @4624tone There is no reward. All those "offers" of rewards are fake, because you have to fit that individuals criteria of proof, which they can change anytime they want. It would be like me telling you I'll give you a million dollars if you can prove how old I am. I can alter the criteria of the answer anytime you come up with something.

  • @zentner18 gotcha, that makes sense, but this is corrupt money system ya gotta addmitt

  • amen....oppressors.....will be judged....and brought..to justice now!

  • You tell it, Alex. If you suddenly disappear I'll know why. GOVERNMENT hatchet men.

  • everyone should be praying for Sherry. She is fighting for all of us! God bless Sherry Peel Jackson...................

  • "A lawyer who didn't believe the law....that is stupid." Your words and Opinion.

Stupidity was not why he Won. Keep your information straight.

  • There's a difference between saying, "taxes" and "income taxes" so when one wants to be understood, they should be specific. Taxes are necessary for cities to raise funds for costs to the infrastructure. States pay taxes to the govt. it collects in sales tax and other taxes, to run the govt. Income taxes are owed by only certain defined individuals.

  • @olga2415

Income taxes are owed by everyone (Citizens/residents) who have income over the deductable amount.

  • AS of June 2010, is Sherry Jackson still incarcerated?

  • @wikiriwhi Yes

  • Two things you can count on it life, death and taxes.

  • @cptUkitake I say one can count on THREE things in life: death, taxes and idiots being in the majority.

  • @olga2415

I'm glad I'm in the Minority. You guys need to wake up and learn something.

  • @olga2415 Are you talking about me?

  • @cptUkitake Only if the lid fits the pot.

  • Sadistic children... Your Daddy is coming...

  • Why is she in prison?

  • @mormonwoman52 She did not convince a jury she actually believed in what she claimed. Oltherwise she did not have a good faith belief.

  • @iwtfunow

As a formar IRS agent she could not win with that argument, the jury would have to believe she was an absolute idiot for that to work.

  • @RetSquid

    *former*

  • @RetSquid Former Special Agent Joe Bannister and others have won with the same argument.

  • @iwtfunow

How about you cite the case? Because I know right now that you are wrong. No one has EVER gotten out of paying income tax with these arguments. Some people have gotten out of criminal cases by proving they were too stupid to understand the law, but they STILL paid the tax...and interest....and penalties...and lawyer fees.

  • @RetSquid After your admission the rest of your diatribe is inmaterial.

  • @iwtfunow

My admission that you are wrong? How about YOU show where someone has won a case with your ideas?

    Put up or shut up.

  • @RetSquid Here is your admission above...."Some people have gotten out of criminal cases by proving they were too stupid to understand the law,..."

Here is a case where "stupid" won:

United States v. Tommy Cryer CV 06-50164 USDC WESTERN DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA SHREVEPORT DIVISION.

Now I expect you to go beyond and outside of these cases with a bunch of inmaterial diatribe rubbish conclusions that don't pertain to either Sherry's or Tommy's cases. Don't disappoint me.

  • @iwtfunow

RIGHT!! Tommy proved to the jury he was too stupid to understand the law, so he got out of the CRIMINAL charges. But he still owes the tax, plus interest and penalties, over $1,719,436. So what did he gain by not paying his taxes when they were due? Absolutely nothing.

  • @RetSquid That is outside and beyond the issue of the case. Pretty feeble Squid.

Whether Tommy is or is not liable for an amount is still a unanswered question that is yet to be litigated. It is my understanding he has not paid a dime of the claimed amount owed.

  • @iwtfunow

Really? He was charged with "willful failure to file", but has yet to pay the tax, so it is directly tied to the issue of the case. And, yes it is still in litigation, if he wins he will be the first one ever to do so.

  • @RetSquid Your face is hanging out waiting for the fat lady to sing......Prove it would be the first one if he wins.

  • @iwtfunow

LOL!! YOU are the one that claimed people like bannister 'and others' have won, it's up to you to prove those 'others' exist.

  • @RetSquid No, you prove that there are not others. How do you like your tatics used against you? LOL....

  • @iwtfunow

LOL!! I can support all of my arguments here, your ideas are a failure because you can't support your own claims.

  • @RetSquid SUPPORT....SUPPORT....SUPPORT ???? What happened to the PROOF of your arguments??????? You have been out of water too long. Prove that no others have won. Follow your own advice..PUT UP OR SHUT UP..

  • Comment removed

  • I already have go back and read it.

  • @iwtfunow

Try again, Tommy's case is not over, so until then he still owes that tax. Who are these 'others'?

  • @RetSquid Tommy's case is over with a not guilty verdict. What don't you understand about not guilty? Your getting to be a little stale....nothing new out of you. Denial after denial with diatribe rubbish.

  • @iwtfunow

We are talking about the civil case which is not over and cannot end in a "not guilty".

Where are your 'others'? One person is not 'others'. Post one person whose has gotten out of paying income tax while using your stupid arguments.

  • @RetSquid It is impossible to respond to your rubbish. You want to argue actions which have not been concluded as if your spin has already decided the outcome.

Along with Tommy Cryer add Vernice Kuglin and Lloyd Long of those who obtained not guilty verdicts.

Loaded questions/ requests is all you can come up with when you have your butt in your face. Not even a nice try at that.

  • @iwtfunow

There are a few cases where people have gotten 'not guilty' verdicts after the IRS fails to prove 'willfulness', but have always lost the civil case. You have yet to post a single case where the person had their past taxes forgiven. Tommy's is still ongoing, Vernice paid her taxes, Long lost his civil case and was still liable for the income tax.

How about you TRY to give a SINGLE civil case that the IRS lost and the person didn't have to pay the tax???

  • @RetSquid Since you raised this point, how about you proving such case DOES NOT EXIST?

  • @iwtfunow

Are you a TOTAL idiot? It's up to YOU to prove your case. not me. I am not going to waste hours looking for something that probably does not exist.

Your claim is the they do,so it is up to you to prove it.

  • @RetSquid Like I said, It is up to YOU to prove that I lied. You have not yet.

    Good Day.

  • @asicit2b

    Yep, already have, many timess.

  • @RetSquid Where ? When ? Nothing yet. timess ? Doess that mean more than oncess ?

  • @asicit2b

Keep asking stupid questions, the answers have been posted, liar.

  • @RetSquid Show everybody right now then.

  • @asicit2b

    Already did, liar.

  • @RetSquid (Firsts.) What did James Madison introduce and was signed by then president George Washington ?

  • @asicit2b

    Don't care, liar.

  • @RetSquid So you "claim" to be a historian ? and don't care ?

  • @asicit2b

I am a Historian and I don't care for any of your lies or claims.

  • @RetSquid O.K.

  • Comment removed

  • iwtfunow @RetSquid "I have no claim I am having fun point out the errors in your claims. Don't tell everyone here that you cannot prove a negative........feeble Squid really feeble."

Really? it's up to you to prove your claim that people have gotten out of paying income tax using your stupid arguments in court, you have failed to do so. I have proved that everyone you have mentioned has either paid their taxes or still owe their taxes.

  • @iwtfunow

I have already proved all of your examples wrong. It's fun watching morons like you squirm when your lies are exposed.

  • @RetSquid You have proved squat. You cannot back up any of your claims you have posted here on this topic.. You lost every one but your paid to deny deny deny and call names, mislead, decieve and just plain dishonest. Your a credit to your current proffession.

  • @iwtfunow

My current profession is "retired". You know that if you do even the slightest research into this you can find where those people you mentioned have lost their civil cases and have paid the tax. The exception is Tommy, and his case is still ongoing. So where are those "others" you talked about?

I can back up everything I claim with research, why can't you?

  • @RetSquid I just prove your diatribe rubbish for what it is, attempted deception. You have no rebuttal that stands the light of day.....so you jump ships....learn that in the Navy, I think not.

  • @iwtfunow

How about you try again and this time try and make sentence that actually makes sense?

  • @RetSquid

Have you viewed Black's Law dictionary?

  • @trybal007

    No, why?

  • @RetSquid

I highly suggest. 3rd edition is very basic when it comes down to "terms" of definition.

All of Black's Law are great books of law. These are stronger and older than Acts or Statutes.

  • @trybal007

Bouvier's is online and is free.

  • @RetSquid Post the proof of stupidity ! You can't, does not exist. Stop trying to spread

    disinformation.

  • @asicit2b

He won the case, that is the proof.

  • @RetSquid. What do you mean by THAT comment ? Produce the proof that stupidity was brought up as a topic of discussion within his case. You are PATHetic.

  • @asicit2b

"A federal jury acquitted Cryer on July 11 on two counts of willful failure to file a tax return. Cryer convinced jurors that he genuinely believed he was not liable for the $73,000 in taxes the government says he owes for tax years 2000 and 2001. Absent proof of criminal intent, the jury acquitted him."

    -Union Leader

A lawyer who didn't believe the law....that is stupid.

  • @iwtfunow

How about a case where the ideas really worked and they got out of paying their tax altogether?

  • Comment removed

  • @RetSquid Your request does not make any sense at all. Want to try and rephrase it?

  • @iwtfunow

Name one case where someone has used the common tax protestor claims and the IRS has ageed with them and has expunged their tax bill.

  • @RetSquid Like I said you would go outside and beyond cases at hand. Go fish .....

  • @iwtfunow

Yeah, right. I quote a story about the case and you think it's beyond the case. No wonder no tax protest ever gets out of paying income tax, they're all idiots like you!

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • I you want to help her...find a attorney that understands taxation who is not on the take or in bed with the IRS and get her out......Her attorney should be prosecuted for impersonating an attorney or malfeasance.

  • @iwtfunow I agree with you. Att.s can retain their right to practice law only with "good behavior." The Bar Assn. is a social club. The const. left it to the individual States to lisence Att.s but none have taken on the task. The most an Att. can do for a client challenging the IRS is to get them to "agree" to a percentage of the liability claimed; none will ever actually question the validity of the assessment itself. One must rep. oneself as oneself, not an artificial entity. It's tricky.

  • IF you were to listen to the WHOLE story you get the big picture. When this woman worked for the IRS for years she, thought she was doing the right thing until she stumbled upon the fact that the IRS is illegal scam, which unconstitutional thats when she decided not to pay her income tax because THERE IS NO LAW that requires to pay it NO LAW. In a way the IRS operates like the mafia. Do the research.

  • Maybe if she obeyed the income tax laws she would not be in jail. She is just a liar, convict and scam artist.

  • @RetSquid And you believe only sinning christians go to heaven.

What is a Hypocrite ? She is being punished beyond reason, and most people

know that what has been done to her is very wrong.

  • @asicit2b

And you still display so much ignorance.

  • @RetSquid Why thank you, you are very kind. Why do YOU not answer my question ?

    What is a Hypocrite ?

  • @asicit2b

It has nothing to do with the subject, so no, I choose not to answer it.

  • @RetSquid Wrong, it is the subject. Remember the money changers ?

They thought what they were doing was just fine. The moral law (the heart of the matter)was ignored. That type of person got a lesson that day. But who cares right ?

  • @RetSquid Also ever hear of a man named CharLIE Rangel ?

or the other guy, whats his name, Timothy something or other ?

They did'ent even get fined !! Hypocrisy has NOTHING to do with the subject ???

Want to try again oh great and mighty ( I choose not to answer it ) Retsquid ?

  • @RetSquid ?? Will you never learn? Arrogance is a sin also.

  • @liabatud67

    "Arrogance is a sin also."

    That's a new one.

  • @RetSquid Arrogance/Vanity... "New one" eh?

  • @liabatud67

Arrogance and vanity are two different things and i am not a Catholic so there are no 'seven deadly sins' or whatever they say.

  • @RetSquid Not so much. Arrogance is essentially the ability to feel comfortable while treating others as beneath you.

Nor am I a Catholic, I'm a Baptist. Treating your fellow man as anything less than you would like to be treated speaks for itself.

  • @liabatud67

I am Baptist (Southern) also. I don't believe I am arrogant, I'm just trying to pass on thruth to counter the lies of some other people on here.

  • @RetSquid An admirable thing indeed. Remember the "vinegar/fly" truism is all I'm trying to impart. You can debate well with kindness a bit more than sarcasm or being "short" with your fellow man.

Be good in all that you do. You will honor God that way.

  • @liabatud67

I usually/always start that way, just after a while the real idiots come out and try and 'prove' that "includes" really doesn't MEAN "includes" it means "only". After that my sarcastic side kicks in

  • @RetSquid Gotcha/I understand.

  • @RetSquid Thruth ? Did you go to the dentist today ?

  • @RetSquid Tsk, Tsk, Tsk.

  • @RetSquid you're so fucking ignorant..u must work for the IRS urself

  • @ackilla86

LOL!! Show a single item that I am ignorant about.

  • @RetSquid A person who claims to be "christian" and commits sin will make it into

heaven, is where YOUR ignorance starts. You will say this has nothing to do with the

subject, the love of money is the root of ALL evil. These Bureaus and Agencies

of spread my wealth programs are corrupt to its core. Prove this statement wrong.

  • @asicit2b

Still can't handle the truth that no one is perfect, i.e. EVERYONE sins, huh?

If the Agencies and Bureaus were corrupt to the core, then they would take your money without any legal backing. They HAVE the backing of the law, so they are not corrupt to the core.

Wha else do you need to learn? Just whatever will fit in 500 char, not EVERYTHING you need to learn.

  • @RetSquid See YOU choose to believe and promote that EVERYONE sins

AFTER repentence because it fits YOUR belief system, that sir is a lie of the created satan and YOUR conscience

should be fully aware of that, If not, YOU have been given over to a believe a lie.

Ever hear of a reprobate ? So what if "they" USE the "law", it is still corrupt to the core.

    Prove it otherwise.

  • @asicit2b

No, it is the word of God that says everyone sins.

I believe you are a reprobate, you refuse to see what the law says and try to squirm your way out of your legal obligations by the obsurd claimsthat you make.

  • @RetSquid Believe what YOU want. What does one REPENT of

and turn from to do no more ? Wow YOUR deception has you.

Repent and keep sinning, try to do your best, its O.K. to sin EVERYBODY is doing it. What bible do you read ? What is a Hypocrite ?

  • @asicit2b

I'll stick with the Bible, not your twisted ideas about what it says.

    Why are you a reprobate?

  • @RetSquid Interprete this scripture." Go and sin no more"

So YOU will stick to YOUR belief about the bible ? WOW.

And I never called you a reprobate. Just kindly asked if you

ever heard of one. What is a Hypocrite ?

  • @asicit2b

"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."

  • @RetSquid Will YOU never learn ? I told you befor,

that scripture is the human condition BEFOR repentance.

Is that YOUR interpretation of go and sin no more ?

You have never been taught about repentance have you ?

  • @asicit2b

You are wrong, it is the human condition, period.

"Go and sin no more" is a admonition not a promise of human perfection.

  • @RetSquid

So THAT is the interpretation, what scripture is that ?

What does one REPENT from and is told to Go and sin no more from ?

Jesus did not say that ? He said Go and do the best you can and only sin a little bit. you will never be perfect as I am perfect in this present world. So continue in sin. Because of me you will never be able to always overcome temptation, and sin no more. Sounds like the created satan speaking.

  • @asicit2b

You lack understanding of scripture just as you lack understanding of income tax law.

  • @RetSquid For someone who believes only sinning "christians " make it into heaven

shows that the lack of understanding is not on my part.

Believe what YOU will.Go and sin no more or I mean keep on sinning

    What is a Hypocrite ?

  • @RetSquid Why are you judgmental?

  • @liabatud67

    I am not being judgmental.

  • @RetSquid Prove that statement on ALL Three parts or close the closet door, be quiet and allow our eyes to remain pristine.

  • @liabatud67

I can't tell what you are replying to.

  • @RetSquid "She is just a liar, convict and scam artist" were your words.

That is three strong comments there.

  • @liabatud67

    1) She said that there is no law for income tax, there is, it's called Title 26.

2)Sherry Peel Jackson, Inmate #59085019, FCC Tallahassee.

3)She made over $400,000 scamming people into thinking that there was no income tax law. (see point#1).

She is just a liar, convict and scam artist.

  • @RetSquid You honestly think it was a scam?$400,000 for 4 years in prison?Yea I'm sure that was all part of her plan.Who would risk long term prison for $400,000 dollars?

  • @xxDogsoldierxx

Either it was a scam or she is delusional. The 400K was her income, not the tax owed. Whatever it was, she is wrong about there being no law.
