That is so dumb, you just said that Marijuana causes permanent problems in teens but not adults. Don't you think a baby is closer to being a teen than an adult? Sounds like you people are burnouts.

@psycheeros3704 Oh my, taking things out of context. This does not say it is safe for babies. It does suggest in moderation it will not harm a fetus. The reason it harms children and teens is because the receptors in their brains start forming in earnest after birth and hit their peek of formation in the late teens. Since marijuana blocks receptors, it can harm a brain still forming them during the peek years from childhood to young adulthood. Burn outs don't read studies...and neither do you!

your point was just to say it's ok to smoke weed if your pregnant. well buddy it ant I know a person that smoked ciggs and 4 onces a fucking day while pregnant her girl died still birth two days befor here dew date. you tell me if your prgnenet and smoked 4 onces a day if you know what that is that it wouldint have an efect on the baby.

'ciggs' are known to harm a fetus as is booze. the research seems to indicate if not used heavily, pot does not harm a fetus. i did not make this up. i found information and shared it. the link for the information is in the detail box if you want to do some research on your own. and i don't think anyone in the study used 4 ounces a day. 4? who does that each day. no one i ever met.

well, the doctors who did the research for the British Journal of Psychiatry don't agree with you. if you find a study that says otherwise please share it with me. i try to use medical studies to give the strongest information possible. for instance, studies show Marijuana does not cause the permanent problems to adults that it can to teens. So, we advocate for it being legal to adults only.

I work in nursing and it was studies done by doctors under the advice of nurses. Yes, it is true that Marijuana causes little to know harm on an unborn child. It might help if you followed the links that were provided in the subject box to where the studies are found. Ignorance of the accurate information is a weak stance.
