what a waste. consumerism drives innovation... if your art project is a sarcastic critique of consumerism, are you implying that product designers and consumers should not strive for excellence, and instead settle for mediocrity? Or are you saying that people need to physically interact with their goods? Because I dont think I have time to hug my car everyday, and my oven gets a little too hot for me to caress.
