the highboys are only f250, but will give any 1 ton a run for their money, i got one as an everyday driver and after the first week u dont even notice the armstrong steering, nice truck

Is that a stock height Or did you add leaf springs to make it taller?

@iZacReyes the suspension is stock, it has a 4" body lift

@sovietsks45, it's not bad when you're moving but if you're not it's a real pain, plus you have to turn twice as much cuz the steering is geared differently. Putting it in a parking space is a pretty good workout, lol

@iZacReyes i have no idea honestly. i got it out of my dads chevy. he had to widen it when he got it because it was for a stepside truck.

My grand paw has a 72 ford wrecker you can't beet those old trucks he has made more money with that thing than any of his other rollbacks or his other wrecker they always broke down but that one did not

It's actually a few different years. It started out as a 72 2 wheel drive tow truck. Only parts original from that are half the cab.

hey where'd you get the grill guard. I've got the mounting bar but can't find anywhere where they have the actual guard. I've got a 71 f250 so pretty similar truck

suspension is all stock. has a 4" body lift and 35s on 16.5" rims

yeah. the body lift i have is just 4x4 pressure treated coated with undercoating. it was put in 8 years ago and is still going strong. all for around 50 bucks with the hardware

Hey buddy, I just bought a 71' F-250 hi-boy. Do you have any suspinsion work done to that or is it stock? What size tires r they?
