you need to change your relationship to the anxiety! dont run, feel and observe it and realise that it cant really hurt you. demanding more from the anxiety really worked for me!
Yup, it feels strange lol. but it can go away for ever. you really have to face your fears and stop thinking about it. it's really that simple but at the same time it can be hard for many. but it is possible. some people only have one panic attack in their lifes some people stay attatched to them e.t.c but they have brought me to shitty moments. but now they are gone. I tell this because you can do it also!
@shadowcar88 I just started having these, but I agree with you, when I just stand up and face the anxiety rather then distracting myself from it or trying to cope with it, it makes me feel alot better. Can you give me any other advice on how you got rid of them besides the one you listed on your comment? Would reeeally appreciate it! Thanks!
