that dog isn't a risk but..it's a dog...sure it's sad not to see that dog again in the shop but still it's just a dog..you don't go there for the dog you go there for the gas or food...I love dogs and Cody should keep his "job" because clearly there's no danger but still i don't think this is that bad, sad but not a big deal...Cody might be bored at home but so are most dogs while their owners are working...besides what if Cody bit some 4 year old because she hit Cody in the nose? too risky

I wouldn't blame the owner. What happens again and again? Kids acting clumsy or stupid? Pissing off a friendly dog? Hey, parents should be watching them. I would still blame them though I doubt it would happen repeatedly. IF it happen once the guy would have to send the dog home or lose his job. And have you seen the high gas prices?! This man is trying to bring some smiles to an unpleasant but necessary fact of life and some inspector with WAY too much time on his hands is busting balls.

yeah parents should be watching their kids but nowadays some parents seem to be extreamly careless towards their kids, so one kid actually could accidently get tripped and get bit. I don't know how friendly cody is, but next next gas stations dog might not be as friendly but the inspector can't know that so it's better if all dogs are banned to prevent all that. sure the gas is expensive and in this case the inspector might be wrong but if he doesn't band cody it might leave a loop hole
