Paul Begala did a TERRIBLE job standing up for Barack Obama or his own party.

These lying republicans want to pretend that because Palin has been governor of Alaska for 18 or so months, she now has all the experience because Obama has been a state senator for 10 years and a US senator for 4 years when he's sworn in (and forget about Editor of the Harvard Law Review).

You are the dumm fuck. A senatos only votes whether he likes a bill or not or can choose to be present (as Obama has done so many times). A governor actually runs the "circus." Deals with the bills and tries to work them out the best way. Obama may have insight into foreign politics but in no way has he run any "circus" around town .

Palin is already being investigated by the Alaska legislature for official misconduct. After their report comes out in October, McCain will "regretfully" dump her and choose someone else. Her only purpose is to distract the media and take the spotlight off McCain for a while, until he dumps her. The direct spotlight is not really very helpful to John McCain and this is his way of putting it somewhere else.
