I'm convinced that Cindi is one of the wackiest loons in the business. Having said that, I must give her credit for always displaying brilliant and raw vocals. Her antics are always so nutty....similar to Patti LaBelle. Crazy ticks and faces, but when married to the music the result is artistic and pleasing. Bravo!

It's our "weirdness" that makes all of us different. Did you know that when they filmed the Heal the World video, when Cindy sang, they had to tell everyone to stop laughing at her. She can't help that she gets so into the flow of her songs, and does weird stuff, but at least it's real and full of emotion. I respect her so much for that, and I really like the way she sings too.

en los ochentas y creo que tb en la actualidad hubo y aun existen comparaciones entre cindy lauper y madonna. no se puede negar el talento d elas dos principalmente en los ochentas. Pero cuando escucho a cindy lauper ciento a veces ganas de llorar. Cosa que con madonna es dificil sentirlo prque todo su repertorio me es tan plastico y superficial tan vacio pero que gusta solo llega a gustar naa mas. Y el gusto es vacio.
