Two words having negative definitions does not make them negating. "Ignorant dummy" is actually a sound grammatical phrase. "Dummy" is the noun and 'ignorant" is its adjective. It may not be the most sophisticated of insults, but grammatically it doesn't present any real problems.

Locally here at the college board meetings up till recently every comment was recorded as so and so "expressed concern" rather than record their actual comment. In a way it covers up dissenting opinions.

I am glad to see that this made available to the public. Who taped this? In Miami Dade we have difficulties with our Board and recent attempts at censoring meetings. Our union leadership is poor. We need people to become involved. Activism is at an all time low. Apathy is at an all time high. This is a very dangerous combination.
