Agreed. Looked to me like good solid and fast padwork combined with plenty of slipping and defence. Solid work.

keep your hands up every time you punch and try punching straighter. You should also use your hips ans legs to generate more power since most of your punches were just arm punches.

thats some great padwork there! U had any bouts? Great handspeed and combination punching! The guy holding the pads looked a bit frightend though, probably worried you'll miss the pad the knock his head off! lol

I've done alot of work with fighters, and you 2 look good. I wish it was a longer clip. Most of the mitt work you see on you tube is very amateur, not this clip though.

I'm telling you Danny, the more I watch it, the more I have to say, you guys look good. Your bro picked it up quick, and you have great instincts. I train at Freddie Roaches gym, Wildcard Boxing, in L.A. and have worked with a couple guys there, and seen many champs train there as well. Keep up the good work !
