I think I just propped the base up by sticking a book under one end and lining it up thru the lens so the perspective looked ok.

From a shop but it's been discontinued for years. Ebay is your best bet now.

You may find a new closed box Lego train crossing with a wider Lego road, gates, and a story building with a pedestrian overpass over the tracks. It may be at the Lego store, and online. I have been using that.

Dunno, it was over 25 years ago. I'd be surprised if somebody isn't selling one on ebay tho. It was for the original 9v lego railway and isn't automatic.
