@Darnival Well if you pay attention to the date and how the buffs look in that video you can see that this was at open of the game so the only bow he could have had better than Topaz would have been Forcium. Helps to look at these things. Also back then they use to think +0 non slotted lvl 99 gear was the top gear along with +0 non slotted Forcium.

The skill is called "Vital Bless"

It does not stack with "Vital Force" and "Eagle Eye"..

The FA in the video has already finished her 140 rank quest enabling her to stack similar buffs like "Vital Bless" and "Eagle Eye"

those are buffs.

some versions of the game removed them but i think the buff sharpness can still be seen in all versions.
