I found reading "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. on stopping emotional eating to be so helpful. He is a medical doctor and his book teaches how to deal with stress. He has clips here on YouTube.

The grandma had to get the loan because my step daughters credit is bad from a prev. marriage... Any way I really couldnt see it happening.. I worked in Real Estate long enough to know that just dosent happen... IT HAPPEND!
