The inmates get fed 3 meals a day and they get free healthcare. He treats the inmates better than the inmates treated their victims. And last I checked, the economy in AZ was actually doing better than in a lot of other states....the unemployment rate in AZ is 8.7%; in California it's 11.2%. As more illegals are deported, the economy will improve.

He has misappropriated funds that were directed to be used to house inmates which are INNOCENT until proven guilty. He treats all his inmates equally, as scum, and serves as judge jury, and in many cases executioner. We the taxpayer have been having to defend him financially. This IS a CRIME... @tekdiveraz virtually everything you said about Arpaio is factually wrong. His jails have been inspected multiple times - they always pass. The inmates get fed 3 meals a day and they get free healthcare. He treats the inmates better than the inmates treated their victims. And last I checked, the economy in AZ was actually doing better than in a lot of other states....the unemployment rate in AZ is 8.7%; in California it's 11.2%. As more illegals are deported, the economy will improve.

@b7ray32 - So true. In August, I had to go to an emergency room. Mind you, I AM a citizen, and I HAVE insurance. After my insurance paid the hospital, I still had to remit MY portion which was over $900 just to get a prescription. Do you know why it was so high? Because the hospital has to offset the costs of treating all the illegals for FREE. The billing clerk told me that herself. How can we, as Americans, not get upset at the illegal immigration?!

They MUST be made to go back home and enter LEGALLY.

There are people who have followed the rules and are, right now, waiting for a chance at citizenship.
