The idea is what do you see...prior to 1998 this type of 'cloud' didn't exist. Coincides with a massive increase of barium and aluminum in our groundwater. I think there are planes that have left this substance in the ionosphere for a few reasons- some maybe trying to repair the damage we've done and some for psychological warfare. What you are seeing in the video is artificial atmosphere created by high-atmosphere aerosol discharge commonly known as "chemtrails". This is a methodical government operation that little is known about, but some suspect it is for weather manipulation or population control.
