I am happy to report that there has been a huge response to the blog set up for sufferers who hear the noise pollution as well as those and/or suffer the physical effectsas well. after a year long study of Wind Turbines by another inept corrupt task force. The FCC will not come here to investigate the microwave signal radiating through the air outside coming in our homes. 217Hz was recorded as a constant noise at our home , at another residents home 4 miles from our home and recorded during a power outage. 12 4 2011 Professionals in the field of acoustics are advised to study Radio Frequency hearing. Many of the professionals we have spoken with are not experienced in this area so they are not capable of understanding what victims are hearing. We are the pioneers and most knowledgable in explaining what is being heard as well as felt. The State of Massachusetts is not in the business of protecting the health of its citizens. It is in the business of protecting theirs interests. The main excuse that is scripted by all agencies are the words "We do not have the resources" BULLCRAP
Barbara Kwetz signed the document that adopted the EPA regulations in 1990 regulating pure tones. Pure Tones were determined by the EPA to be an air pollutant. They are not allowed in the air in Massachusetts. THEY ARE ILLEGAL FOR ANY SOURCE TO EMIT PURE TONES. IF THE SOURCE DOES THE LAW IS ENFORCED BY KWETZ'S DEPARTMENT. Kwetz/DEP had proof in their possession in 2007 of illegal pure tones in our community. They ignored the evidence. Kwetz turned us over the DEpt of Health Bob Knorr !!!!!!!
We have numerous phone calls/email (double talk) from Kwetz and Knorr. The DEP fact sheet states noise complaints are turned over to Board of Health unless pure tones are found and the source is unknown. We not only had the evidence of pure tones that the DEP in Springfield recognized; we pointed to the only source, the utilities. Our power Quality evidence proved this too. Kwetz played dumb aware of the fact the pure tones were in the studies.You will have a hard time explaining this all away.

Produces a "pure tone" condition - when any octave band center frequency sound pressure level exceeds the two adjacent center frequency sound pressure levels by 3 decibels or more.

Kerry Bowie, MA DEP assoc commissioner, was leader on the team; he led the testing in our town. He was supposed see to it that the protocol was carried out. An administrative skill required; but the utilities easily had their way with Mr. Bowie. He not only failed the task of designing the right protocol; there's no excuse for failure to complete the testing; especially given all the forensic evidence provided by our side. Mr Bowie's signature was not on the sign off of DEP Summary, why?
Broadband complaints must be filed with the FCC. This is human genocide of global proportions. The spectrum being used by the utilities is killing us and causing the demise of our wildlife. Feb 2011 The State imposed a deadline for the utilties to turn in test result reports. It is the only deadline the State imposed on the utilities in the 4 years since our complaint. We were not allowed to see the reports. Bowie's excuse they were questioning the utilities and needed more explanation! We sent in our noise studies to Bowie via email; attached 5 files included flat and A weighted showing pure tones. The report states we did not provide flat weighted noise studies! MORE LIES.
The issue is 1. Bowie never in the 8 months he had the noise studies and the hundreds of emails and phone conversations never asked if we had flat weighting studies; could you send them over? 2. Our studies were our choice to do. It was never part of orignal protocol; t was for our insurance. It was up to the State to gather the evidence and seek a remedy to the pollution. They made an issue our testing, lied, closed the case knowing they didn't complete overnight pure tone testing.
11 months the State/Utilities kept the results in their hands; trying to figure out how to get out of this mess they got themselves into. They are unable to prove our evidence wrong; they rely on making things up and by ignoring the due process. Bowie admitted he is not an expert and admitted there were no experts in charge of doing noise testing as well as noise testing was not something National Grid normally does either. Why did they allow this half ass job when people's lives are at stake?

Why is Bob Knorr signing off on a document that he has no authority or business signing if he has no authority to do so? Why did he state so in an email to us?

The State's summary of the testing is inaccurate. Filled with holes and perjury.We provided proper pure tone testing results. We hired an engineer to properly set the meter up at our home. The utilities and the State did not complete an overnight pure tone test due to so called improper programming of their meters. they came here in 2008 and botched it. To date they have not tested properly, WE on the other hand have and the test proved pure tone pollution in our town, but case closed, why?
It is sad that these government agencies do nothing to protect the American people.

11 4 2011 marks 4 years of abuse and stonewalling since our "FORMAL" complaints were filed with Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities. They would not give us due process of a hearing. They repeatedly sent people to investigate who are not qualified or expert in this area of Microwave and RF radiation. We were told they wanted to get to the truth, but they did not cooperate in designing a test that would. Kerry Bowie had no business in this investigation; no education in this field!

@MrSpinneyhorse Thank you for your comments. The polluted RF/microwave environment causes these symptoms in people. Many people are suffering these side effects but are not being diagnosed as EHS. None of us including our animals and wildlife are ammune to the microwave radiation.
@sandaura Our polluted EMR environment is the cause of these ailments and symptoms. It is not the other way around that an individual is sensitive therefore cannot be exposed to these fields. Some people are more sensitive than others. It does not mean because there are those that don't feel the pollution are not being affected. This invisible killer is not even recognized ie., dirty electricity, by our regulatory agencies. If they admit it exists they would be liable to fix it.
Even if you are not ES yet, it is beneficial to turn off your Wifi over night, as well as to ban electrical items, your cordless phones and mobiles from your bedroom. You will sleep much better and are less likely to have an interrupted sleep pattern. Usually waking around 4 am.

Another simple test is to stop carrying your mobile on your body (chest or trouser pockets). in many cases people experience the so-called “phantom text messages”. This describes a situation where every now and then you think you had a text message, when keeping the phone in your pockets, but when you checked there was no message. Some even suffer from heart palpitations. If that is case, just try for a while to carry your mobile in a bag or switch it off, while you have it in your pocket.

7/1/2011 The State/utilities Initiative spokesperson from Dept of Environmental Protection gave us a target date of today for their Report on the testing done in our town on 12/9/2010. It has been 7 months now for them to figure out how they will proceed with the pollution here. They give us dates they never adhere to, so it gives the appearance they are doing something. There is no excuse for the delays at this point. Oh yes, vacation time! Our suffering can wait another 4 years.

I am happy to report that there has been a huge response to the blog set up for sufferers who hear the noise pollution as well as those and/or suffer the physical effectsas well. The longer exposed to this noise the more dehabilitating it becomes. One sufferers contacted us who had to sell their home because of the noise even though the noise is still present in the new home. The EMF's seem to be lower in that location.

The FCC will not come here to investigate the microwave signal radiating through the air outside coming in our homes. 217Hz was recorded as a constant noise at our home , at another residents home 4 miles from our home and recorded during a power outage. This noise has been present since Verizon Mobile Base Station was turned on in our town. We can't take it and we must endure it everyday. The suffering is unbearable. 12 4 2011 Professionals in the field of acoustics are advised to study Radio Frequency hearing. Many of the professionals we have spoken with are not experienced in this area so they are not capable of understanding what victims are hearing. We are the pioneers and most knowledgable in explaining what is being heard as well as felt. We are receiving emails from victims who live in remote areas where there are no wireless meters and have been able to confirm that when a high speed internet base station was turned on the noise started immediately, validating to us the microwave transmitters on MT Wilcox are the culprits. Barbara Kwetz signed the document that adopted the EPA regulations in 1990 regulating pure tones. Pure Tones were determined by the EPA to be an air pollutant. They are not allowed in the air in Massachusetts. THEY ARE ILLEGAL FOR ANY SOURCE TO EMIT PURE TONES. IF THE SOURCE DOES THE LAW IS ENFORCED BY KWETZ'S DEPARTMENT. Kwetz/DEP had proof in their possession in 2007 of illegal pure tones in our community. They ignored the evidence. Kwetz turned us over the DEpt of Health Bob Knorr !!!!!!!

We have numerous phone calls/email (double talk) from Kwetz and Knorr. The DEP fact sheet states noise complaints are turned over to Board of Health unless pure tones are found and the source is unknown. We not only had the evidence of pure tones that the DEP in Springfield recognized; we pointed to the only source, the utilities. Our power Quality evidence proved this too. Kwetz played dumb aware of the fact the pure tones were in the studies.You will have a hard time explaining this all away.

This is not an isolated situation that is just happening in our town. We set up a blog to attract primarlly victims who hear the low frequency, pulsing noise, hum/buzzing in their homes. We hear from people daily. Many find us using the terms constant low frequency buzzing in my head, in my home. Many are timid and don't post their testimonial. Feb 2011 The State imposed a deadline for the utilties to turn in test result reports. It is the only deadline the State imposed on the utilities in the 4 years since our complaint. We were not allowed to see the reports. Bowie's excuse they were questioning the utilities and needed more explanation! We sent in our noise studies to Bowie via email; attached 5 files included flat and A weighted showing pure tones. The report states we did not provide flat weighted noise studies! MORE LIES.

The issue is 1. Bowie never in the 8 months he had the noise studies and the hundreds of emails and phone conversations never asked if we had flat weighting studies; could you send them over? 2. Our studies were our choice to do. It was never part of orignal protocol; t was for our insurance. It was up to the State to gather the evidence and seek a remedy to the pollution. They made an issue our testing, lied, closed the case knowing they didn't complete overnight pure tone testing.

The State's summary of the testing is inaccurate. Filled with holes and perjury.We provided proper pure tone testing results. We hired an engineer to properly set the meter up at our home. The utilities and the State did not complete an overnight pure tone test due to so called improper programming of their meters. they came here in 2008 and botched it. To date they have not tested properly, WE on the other hand have and the test proved pure tone pollution in our town, but case closed, why?

4 years in November!!!!! State of MA not accountable for the Microwave noise pollution in our State. They did not want us to go global, but if we did not speak out the door would have remained slammed in our faces as it was when the State closed the our case stating they found nothing or rather the utilities told them there was no evidence of any noise or non compliance. We proved them liars by obtaining the evidence without assistance from the State or Utilities. Stop stalling and fix it.

We are all being subjected to microwave pulsing and electtonic harrassment. It is ubiquitous and audible . 8/28/2011 People across the US are emailing us asking how to record the noise they hear 27/7. They describe it as being a low frequency hum or buzz. Many say it has impacted their sleep as we fully well know; also say that if they can't get to the source they will have to move. We again sympathize and understand what this is doing to others. Many live in rural areas, have lived in their location for many years, so as soon as this noise began it is obvious!!! We have the evidence to prove it!

The State is continuing to delay their report now owing it to State vacations. @sandaura Our polluted EMR environment is the cause of these ailments and symptoms. It is not the other way around that an individual is sensitive therefore cannot be exposed to these fields. Some people are more sensitive than others. It does not mean because there are those that don't feel the pollution are not being affected. This invisible killer is not even recognized ie., dirty electricity, by our regulatory agencies. If they admit it exists they would be liable to fix it.

Even if you are not ES yet, it is beneficial to turn off your Wifi over night, as well as to ban electrical items, your cordless phones and mobiles from your bedroom. You will sleep much better and are less likely to have an interrupted sleep pattern. Usually waking around 4 am.

The high frequencies are still coming in through the mains of the utilities and with the AMI/smart meters being put on our homes without our consent this is like having a mini cell
tower attached to your home. We are in a mesh or blanket over our entire environment. It is very difficult to escape even if you are very diligent as you commented on.

7/1/2011 The State/utilities Initiative spokesperson from Dept of Environmental Protection gave us a target date of today for their Report on the testing done in our town on 12/9/2010. It has been 7 months now for them to figure out how they will proceed with the pollution here. They give us dates they never adhere to, so it gives the appearance they are doing something. There is no excuse for the delays at this point. Oh yes, vacation time! Our suffering can wait another 4 years.

Wireless meters do not belong on anyones home. We have asked the State of MA to speak on our behalf because National Grid has ignored our repeated requests to take this pulsed microwave radiation off our home. Itron would not comment on the THEIR model we have on the home and told us to contact National Grid. The state sent us a an Itron brochure from National Grid, which we have already.National GrId will not reveal specific details of the meters function or that it is pulsing 24/7 nonstop.

DEP and team leader is defending the protocol and National Grid's intentional botching of both octave band pure tone overnight testing that was supposed to be done in our bedroom as well as outside. Both meters were set improperly and collected NO PURE TONE DATA. They admitted the missing data that we have been waiting for since December from National Grid was not completed as per the protocol. Electro Hyper Sensitivity is real and is recognized by the Swedish Government as a disease caused by the environment. Our issue of hearing the noise is being pigeon holed with people suffering with EHS. So the regulatory agencies rationalize that EHS SENSITIVIY IS ONLY 3%-5% Of the population therefore not a big enough problem to take action. This is irresponsible thinking because the radiation fields do not discriminate!! No one is immune. This blatant disregard for human health is murder.

These are the real heroes; people like Dr Hillman. He has seen and experienced it all. He calls it like it is. He has seen his friends die because of EMF. He has seen farmers lose their cattle, their livlihoods because of the corruption and collusion of the utilities and regulatory agencies. Please Dr Hillman get your book published soon. they dont care and they wont fix it. They know that this September, all them poles, and all them wires will be gone. What is left standing, will have been fried by solar CME's and EMP's.

Hey Mike! Could this wifi type noise be related to the communication of the new spiral mercury filled bulbs,with chips and antennas in them....monitoring us and with the capability to interact with any other chipped device,i.e. cell phones,computers,radios,virtually anything...? I mean the bulbs have antennas,and....who says they are only to communicate within the house.They have to send whatever compiled info they have off again,right? Via WiFi would be my guess.Pieces of the puzzle form pics

5 25 11 Still no answers from the State's spokesperson regarding the their intentions to turn off the noise clean up the pollution. We have questioned how the final decision could be determined given the test plan was not completed? The utilities had a deadline in March to submit their final report so the State then could review and make an idependent decision. 2 months later we have no answers; we are still waiting for test data the State will not release to us; more stalling=collusion.

The IARC panel has two new Interphone papers to consider: Both show a link between tumors and cell phones.
One paper shows a clear association between the radiation plume from the user's cell phone and the location of the tumor. It's "tough to refute," said one well-placed source. "It strengthens the case that we have a problem," said another. The paper will be published by Occupational and Environmental Medicine, a peer-reviewed journal.

The powers that be are very aware that people are sick because of invisible waves, but sad to say, other ancient things are MORE important (money and power).

@HalcyonicRepose Yes, I have read Dr Milham's book. These are the true heroes, who are not afraid to speak out and who do not compromise their integrity and cave in to greed and power. I wish Robert Becker was still with us. We need more like him too.
We also need a few of the billions of lawyers on this planet to step up and repeal the Telecommunication Act Section 704! As well as the general public waking up so that pressure can be placed on our elected officials to fix this mess.
