  • Почему был? Для тогдашних мальчишек и не только мальчишек он и сейчас кумир. Пятерка Игоря Ларионова - их помнят и сейчас)))

  • Gretzky and Anderson sucked Messiers cock during "draining' camp.

  • @Frostybeek Dude, you should learn to not talk unless you know what you are talking about. It's a standard 45 pound bar, I got one in front of me that's the exact same diameter. Also, Larionov was 5-8" and weighed about 150 pounds, the guy isn't lifting to get huge, it's about being in playing shape. Also, FYI, he was one of the greatest hockey players to ever play. The ignorance on display in your comments is quite extraordinary.

  • @TheVladinator16 Your rant / reply is gayer than two guys fucking

  • Why are people argueing about what larionov is lifting? The dude im sure isnt trying to be a super buff body builder. Hes just staying in shape period. Im sure hes not trying to be some super buff dude.

  • russian wayne gretzky beek, says it all right there

  • I think he had like 50 pounds on that pittiful bench press.

  • And yet he was still better than a shitload of players who could lift more.

  • Was he actually better or did he just benefit from great teammates?

  • I hope you are kidding. Look at him in the KLM line for the old soviet team, he was awesome, then he works at a totaly different system in Detroit with less talented players (Because he didnt play with top lines as he was 3d line centre behind Yezerman and Fedorov, only played powerplays), and still put up emprasive point totals, all this and he only joined the NHL at 30 years old.

Imagine the point totals if he pleayed his whole life in the nhl.

  • Actually the bar itself weighs 45 pounds. And those looked like 45 pound plates. So in fact he had 135 pounds on, which is quite good.

  • No, that is not an olympic bar; that makes it about 20 pounds max.

  • Not the one in the weight room at my school. It's 22.5 pounds each side, 45 in total.

  • Like I said, it isn't an olympic bar. Olympic bars do weigh 45 pound but the one that Larionov is using isn't one. He's just using a basic 5' or 6' bar. Look at the diameter of the bar; it's too thin to be an olympic.
